I have had a few customer service issues with this location in the past. However, I recently went it and had a very pleasant experience! I was taking my two year old to get her foot prints on a plate for a gift. the associate was very nice and friendly. She went out of her way to help me complete such a difficult task with a two year old. The same girl was there when I went back to finish my piece. she was very helpful and gave me great ideas for my piece. Over I was very thankful for her help and she changed my perception of this place. I will be back!

We will never go back! Bought a Groupon for this location and they would not honor what was included in the Groupon. They even said they had several complaints about the Groupon but it was a corporate miswording mistake. Our items ended up be twice the amount we were suppose to pay. Overall, our kids had fun painting but the cost is a nightmare!

Pretty costly compared to some of the other pottery painting shops I’ve been to, but again, this is at Belmar. They have some good selections and although the paints don’t look like the color they say they are initially, once the pottery got out of the fire everything delivers.
