Employee was very nice in the store, however, they delivered a very used cooler with the arrangement(that we purchased expecting to be new), then when we returned it and asked for a refund, they sent us to another store, who also refused. Poor management and customer service in both stores involved. They should be able to communicate and agree on a solution for the customer.

My husband ordered a bouquet for me from here today and asked for delivery by 5pm. An hour after it was supposed to be here, he called Edible Arrangements to inquire about when it would get here and the person answering the phone said soon but could not give an actual time. Its not a major holiday or anything and the store front is literally 10 minutes away. He ordered it at 11am, so they had plenty of time to prepare it and deliver it on time. We are still waiting for it to get here. For $ 50+ you’d think they would be on time and their employees would be nice and helpful. Worst customer service ever! Turns out whoever took the order wrote our address wrong. The poor driver was trying to find our apartment but couldn’t because he had the wrong address. Never once did the customer service representative verify our address when we called to find out where our arrangement was. The driver was super apologetic and very sweet about it. He was the only redeeming part of this experience.
