After taking my computer to other places including Best Buy, these techs fixed it for less money in half the time. Definitely recommend!

The problems I had experienced with my relatively new computer were driving me nuts! Slow, pop-​ups, pages jumping, I couldn’t use my computer. I was nervous about taking it anywhere because I have hundreds of legal documents that I could not lose somewhere out there in cyberspace. Several times I Unilocaled local computer repair places, but my fear won out until I couldn’t take it any more! I found «Error Code» here on Unilocal and my only regret was I didn’t do this sooner! We took my computer to them. Dave was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving my computer with him. Within 24 hours, Dave called to let me know my computer was alive & ready to be picked up! He cleaned up all of the viruses and even installed a program to detect malware. I am now using my computer and it’s now running smoother than it did brand new! I highly recommend this place if you are having computer issues. (And the price was a lot less than I expected!)

Great customer service! Even though they weren’t able to fix my MacBook (only Apple could fix), they still gave it a shot, and kept me updated on what they were doing. Definitely would recommend friends or family to come to this place.

Upgraded my Mac mini with an ssd hard drive that I provided. It was done well and they cloned my old hard drive to the new one with no problems. Only thing that would have made it a 5 star review is if they had better customer service with their ETAs. I had to leave a message for them to call me back. I also had to go to the shop to find out an ETA. It doesn’t have to be a live voice. Maybe an email with an ETA?

Called here multiple times during business hours and no one ever seems to pick up the phone…

Dave returned my call right away, was really knowledgeable about computers, and was very helpful. I would recommend Error Code.

The laptop I use for my office was making a funny noise, then gave me a scary warning that the fan was not working and shut itself down. I brought it over to Error Code and Dave took a look. It needed a new fan and a thorough cleaning on the inside. The work was done at the promised price and my laptop is working like a dream now!

Great help. Dave quickly diagnosed my desktop and found the problem. Unfortunately, it was the motherboard so I got a recommendation of getting a new computer. Great customer service.

They fixed it! Dave and the other guy at Apogee were courteous, fast and efficient. I was pretty worried that my computer was dead. It first acted up by not allowing me on the internet. I thought it was the port where the wireless adapter is plugged. I switched it to different ports. Still nothing. So I bought a new adapter. Still didn’t work. I took it back to Best Buy where they said it was that I needed a different installation disc because I have Windows 10. I waited for Best Buy to burn the disc, took it home (dejavu, all over again) and NOPE. No deal. So I went back to Best Buy where they ignored me for half hour. I bought an ethernet cable. Brought it home. And still, NADA. I finally took the desktop to Apogee (also called Error Code) and they fixed it in less than time than what it takes me to be ignored at Best Buy. Inexpensive too. Yea for Apogee.

They did a great job and everything was done for amount they quoted. Took a bit longer than we expected but that was because they had to order a part and when we got the laptop back with the info they wrote down, they had my credit card number written wrong. Would definately use them again though.

An unconventional set-​up gives way for individualized and personal service. There are lots of cool things for a young person to look at while diagnostics are being done. My son was excited about the robots peppered throughout the store. Dave was very helpful and informative! I thought the price was fair, which is especially important given my lack of knowledge about IT/​computers. If I buy a new computer I will definitely return to get it ready for use.

I came to this place after seeing all the great reviews on Unilocal.My wife’s laptop was taking really long to boot up and connect to the Internet (6 – 8 mins). I dropped the laptop off for almost week and they reinstalled windows on it. The laptop was tested at the store and it seemed like it was fixed (rough cost $ 140). A week later it started getting an error code right before the boot up. The issue came back and it still takes a very long time to boot up and connect to the Internet. Its to the point where it is no longer being used (what a waste of noney). If I could go back I would save my money and just buy a new laptop.

Took my laptop to this shop to have my screen replaced as it was cracked. I was in/​out in an hour !! Great service !

Took my laptop here because the screen wasn’t working. Dave helped me out and ordered and installed the new screen in less than a week. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out.
Edit: It has been a few months since I got my screen repaired, it is still working but sometimes when I boot up I have to play with the angle of the screen to get an image. Also several USB ports and my HDMI port no longer work.

Found this place on Unilocal and 5 stars doesn’t do Dave and Jason justice.
My computer (Mac) doesn’t mess up at all, and today it decided not to load the main operating syste. Has very import files that are irreplaceable. Needless to say, couple of hours later got the call to come get it.

These guys are amazing! My mom’s computer monitor broke today (4−18−15) and I called them. I don’t remember who I talked to but he was great. I asked if we could stop by. He said they were closed already but because he was in the office doing some work he would check it out. So my mother and I drove on down and he ran a free diagnostic. He even did all this extra stuff for no charge. This guy really knows his stuff. In the end the only for of payment he asked for was a review. I recommend them highly for anything!

Hidden store but great find! Walked in with a broken power supply on my PC and was out in 30 minutes with a new one installed. Prices are decent and work is great.

What a great experience! I was able to walk in and get my home-​built PC diagnosed and fixed in under half an hour.
I’m quite a novice at building PCs, and the shop owner knew this within a few seconds of looking my rig over. Instead of giving me grief, he offered some great advice and fixed a few things that were a bit wonky in my build.
Pricing was extremely competitive. I learned a lot and saved a lot coming here!

My computer decided it couldn’t find the boot disk anymore. I got a recommendation for these guys from Facebook, gave them a call, and they had me up and running in half an hour once I got there. Very friendly, and the price couldn’t be beat.

Great guys and AWESOME customer service. The name is perfect for guys like me… not really sure what is wrong, but I kept getting an ‘error code”! They spent about 30 minutes diagnosing my computer, then figured out they could fix it. Not really sure what they did, but when I picked up my computer it had been ‘scrubbed’ of all the nastiness and was running great! I had some issues when I got home, but I called them and they fixed my issues remotely for no additional charge.
I hate it when my computer hits the wall… but glad to know these guys when it does!
