My massage with Tracy was very average but she was friendly. My facial with lauren was awful. She was moving so fast and really rough on my skin. It was so hard and quick I didn’t relax for once. Neither service lasted the whole 60 minutes. The whole experience was rushed I certainly did not feel like I was at a spa.

I purchased a groupon deal, the little lady on the phone upon setting up my appointment was super rude so I was skeptical going in. However the massage I had by Felicia was amazing… she relieved all of the tension I had in my back in a serene atmosphere. My facial however was chatty and unrelaxing I ended up with a headache and a bad breakout as a result. I recommend the massage however.

I found this place on Groupon for a massage and facial combo; best deal ever! They were able to fit me in the day I wanted to go for a back to back service. My facial was good, the girl seemed a little timid but she did great. My massage ended up being with someone else than originally scheduled for so I had to wait a little. She was good but I’ve had better. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

I had the massage facial package via Groupon. It was terrific. I wish I could remember the names of my masseuse and esthetician because they were wonderful, but I was floating by the time they were done with me.

I went in on a whim with a Groupon for a facial and massage. Even though there was some kind of confusion and only one service got properly booked, Melissa handled the whole debacle professionally and calmly. She explained several options and by the end it all got worked out.
I had a facial with Melissa and she was excellent!!! So relaxing, accommodating, friendly and thorough! I would most definitely have another facial with her with or without the Groupon!
I had a great (albeit intense) massage with Marta who is a Reiki master and really seems to understand the intricate ways all of the muscles work off of eachother. If you’re looking to fall asleep during a massage, you might want to request a different therapist or even let her know, but I tend to go for massages when I am in knots — so Marta did the trick exceptionally!

I had a 60 minute massage with Dawn. She’s amazingly good at asking every question I could think of and many I didn’t before I asked. Would you like water, have you done this before, would you like the heating pad on, do you like hard or soft massage, would you like a pillow, does this feel about right?
I’ve got some knots on my back causing me shoulder and neck pain, so Dawn customized my hour to target them. I’m a fan of deep tissue, and Dawn’s elbows did some business on my back. I may be sore the next day, but it’s an awesome kind of sore. So, if you’re looking for a great deep tissue massage on the cusp of yelling «Uncle,» ask for Dawn.
I also had a 60 minute facial. It was very relaxing and my skin looks much better.

Thanks to Groupon, I came here this past Saturday for a 1 hour facial treatment. I’m typically skeptical about going to smaller spas, but when I got there, I was relieved to see that this place is nice, clean, and legit. It was packed but thankfully I had an appointment so I was seen right away. Isabelle was my esthetician and she was AWESOME! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and she left my skin glowing! I would definitely return and recommend this place to a friend.

Folks BEWARE!!! I purchased a groupon made an appt. was running 10 mins late and they told me the minutes/​time I was late would be deducted from my services, totally illegal unless you state it in the fine print and then they told me it was redeemed already and I wouldn’t be able to use it, I haven’t even been there for any service how can they do this? Shady business practice and I’m pretty sure they pay to have all the negatives removed if they are doing this to one person I’m pretty sure it’s happening to others!

Emma was amazing for a prenatal massage. Came in at 39 weeks and feeling awesome walking out. Wish I came earlier in the pregnancy to have more visits with her. Will be coming back post pregnancy!

I went in for a Clean-​Me-​Up Facial on Wednesday because I wanted to use a spa wellness gift card I’ve had for a while. Was not expecting much but I am soooo glad I came here!
Melissa was my esthetician and she was amazing! She asked about my skin, and the type of products Im currently using. She had a bunch of great suggestions and I could really tell she knew her stuff! Loved that she was able to give me genuine advice.
The room was so relaxing! The bed had a heating pad which was my favorite part! It felt so amazing paired with the light music playing!
Would definitely come here again & highly recommend! Thank you Melissa for my awesome service! :)

I found this place on Groupon after moving to the area about a year ago. I think Groupon is a great way to try places out with little to lose, but when I find something or someone that I like I am happy to come back and pay full price.
I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Carly for my first massage. Carly does a great job of using many different techniques (deep tissue, pressure point, trigger point, stretching, neuromuscular etc.) in order to help me relax. She is also VERY knowledgeable about muscular structure and how the body works. I have also had facials here and enjoyed them.
Finely Kneaded takes insurance but unfortunately not mine (Blue Cross Blue Shield). I will still come back based on my wonderful experience with Carly. The spa is clean– nothing fancy– but a nice experience overall. You also leave with a chilled bottle of water to help you «recover.» Overall, a great place to relax and refresh.

My mom and I both went in for a massage and facial. We both had Dawn for the massage and let me say the she is nothing short of amazing! We talked about problem areas and how I wanted the massage and she focused on those problem areas and gave me the medium pressure massage I wanted. I’m fairly certain I fell asleep for a bit. I had Isabelle for my facial and she did a great job as well. I hate extractions but she made them bearable. The true sign of a great facial is how my skin is the next day and I truly felt like it was glowing. My makeup went on a lot better too.
The only downside was that they don’t provide robes when you’re having more than one service so we had to get re-​dressed after the first service and then wait to go to the other service and get undressed again. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a big deal to me.
There is plenty of parking here and overall, their prices seem reasonable. I like that they have monthly specials (who doesn’t love a deal?!) and they’ll apparently post deals on Facebook as well.

I purchased a groupon for the facial/​massage package for a really good deal. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and gives you vital information on skin regimes. My facial was relaxing, but given the sensitivity of my skin I wasn’t able to enjoy the «full experience» but the aesthetician did a fantastic job.
And then here comes the massage. Can I just say, I haven’t had a massage in 3 years (yikes!) but Sylvia gave me the most AMAZING deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. She made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend her if you’re in need of a serious rub down from stress and tension.
I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work :)

After weeks of packing and moving, I needed solitude, relaxation, and time to reflect. When I booked the massage, I was told Tracy would be my therapist. My mom raves about her and so do other Unilocal reviewers. For some reason, I ended up with Lauren instead. I was kind of bummed because I was expecting Tracy.
Lauren was okay. She was very cordial. The pressure wasn’t too much, but firm enough. I didn’t like how I felt drenched with oil afterwards. It was the most oil used on any massage I’ve ever had. My massage also ended kind of abruptly. It started a bit after my scheduled time and I wondered if I even got a full 60 minutes. This is why my rating has lowered. Regardless, the groupon came in handy. I’ll be back and next time will request Tracy.

I went to this spa after seeing them on groupon. I started with what may have been the best facial I’ve ever gotten with a lady named isabelle. She took her time, massaged my face… It was just a great experience and so relaxing. She suggested products and i bought them (they were even 25% off!). I will probably come back maybe once a month or every other month to see her.
Next was the massage, and if my star rating was based soley on this it would be a lot lower. First, it was supposed to be an hour and i only got 45 minutes. Beyond that though it just wasn’t a good massage. It just felt like someone rubbed oil on me and that was it. Her name is Lauren … Not worth it! I’ll go back and try someone else… My mom said tracy was awesome.

The Lakewood location is great but I have been to their other location on Broadway and it is awesome. Clean, friendly and great therapist. I have been twice and Natalie is wonderful, massage therapist, great deep tissue.
She cares about her client and gives recommendation of things to do to help and she is very sincere. Definitely a keeper for me!

Exelent Location! Had my first facial and it was fantastic. Anna was great, very professional and nice. She did a great job and I felt amazing after I was done.

I purchased the Groupon for a facial and was pleasantly surprised.
I originally booked and appointment and then had to cancel and rebook, the receptionist was really polite in helping me book a new appointment that fit my busy schedule. Thankfully, my facial started on time since the waiting area is pretty small (–1 star) and there were several other people standing. My aesthetician Melissa was great! She asked a ton of questions about my skin before getting started which made feel more comfortable about the products she was going to use. She did a great job with my extractions and gave me a few tips when we were done. I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone’s review pretty much sums it up. You get more out of the Groupon, well for me at least. I purchased the upgraded fascial Groupon which was $ 49 for an hour. Making an appointment is easy and their flexible with your schedule as well.
Once you enter your room, you’ll have to take off your upper body clothes, just so your neck and shoulders are bare. The esthetician will ask you about your routine régime, and then she’ll recommend or advise you what you should and shouldn’t do to your face. From there, just relax and she’ll take care of you. Even though I purchased the fascial, she was so gentle giving me a shoulder and neck massage while my masque had to set. It makes me want to come back for the body massage!
When the session was over, she was kind enough to write down a new routine régime since I always thought I had oily skin, yet in fact I have sensitive dry skin (still suffering with t-​zone though). Even left with a few products which I love love love!
Definitely, will come back! (:
