The staff is very friendly… Buy a bedroom set and the quality is excellent, then buy a bed for the second bedroom and they give me free delivery.
Both of the deliveries were sent on time and they were patient waiting for me because I was working .
My experience in the furniture store was five stars. Thank you!

Failed on multiple levels of customer service, quality control, and delivery. Uses a third party to deliver furniture. They have missed their appointment time three times and foothills made multiple promises but failed to deliver on any of them. A courtesy call goes a long ways. Was planning to buy a top grain leather couch and additional custom furniture but now turned off. The family needs to re-​look on how they conduct business and value customer service.
