Mantra is a dope shop with tons of great art on the walls and really good artists! They will definetly take care of you whether you need a piercing or custom tattoo!

Got my first piece done here about 9 months ago, and went to Kidd. He was super down to earth and professional, and very open to questions from someone new to getting work done. I got yellow roses on my first session and couldn’t have been happier with the results. I’ve since gone back for work on both of my arms and am pleased with all the results, super cool guy, and everyone here is real chill and a fun place to get your stuff done.
I honestly won’t go anywhere else to get my stuff done. The black rose I just got done a couple months ago is also a cover up over solid black lettering that was there. Kidd did a very good job. Highly recommended if you a cover up as well.

I have been to Mantra for my last two tattoos. Had a bit of an off experience with my first one, though I can’t complain about the finished product. My last one was great! I worked with Chance Isbell who did a fantastic job and left me with a tattoo that was actually better than what I had originally pictured. Already planning my next visit!

Just had a tattoo done on my wrist by Chance. I couldn’t be happier with it! Chance was professional and friendly and he’ll definitely be the one I go to for my next tattoo. The shop was well maintained and clean. I’d definitely recommend Mantra Tattoo to my friends.

This place is way over priced. They do a good job but you can get the same quality for much cheaper. I paid 78 $ for a cartilage piercing in my ear. I didn’t buy a special earring or anything just a simple stud. Rediculous if you ask me. All my friends have gotten them elsewhere for no more than 40 $. I was very upset to pay that much and it comes with nothing but a hole and an earring. All my other piercings were cheaper including a belly piercing somewhere else for only 45 $ and it was done very well. Don’t waste your money. You can find great quality elsewhere for way less.

Had THE WORST SERVICE from the «shop manager» called back about my issue and the dude was a complete jerk. Super full of himself, wouldn’t listen to my issue and had the (I’m right, f*^#you) attitude. Even if I was wrong about my issue i’d expect the upmost understanding to try and keep a customer. I was so displeased with his customer service that I couldn’t even bring myself to exchange what he sold me. I’d rather waste the money then step foot into this place for jewelry. Otherwise the shop is super clean.

I had a piercing artist from another shop mess up a tragus piercing so bad that after a year of healing it still bled and pussed, it was a mess. This piercing was never going to be right so I took it out and let it heal closed. It was time to see Chris and have it done right. Chris had previously done 8 out 15 of my piercings when he was at another shop, so I knew I could trust him to re-​pierce the bad tragus piercing. When I arrived at Mantra Chris educated me on some of the jewelry that they use which is not cheap. He told me how some of their jewelry was thread-​less and could be anodized to any color I wanted, very cool. Chris took me back into the private piercing room and professionally re-​pierced my tragus, all the while making sure it lined up with the tragus on the other side. Eight months later my tragus piercing is just fine. I look forward to going back to Mantra. Thanks Chris.

Steve did a fabulous job on my tattoo and I can’t thank him enough! Everyone there is friendly and professional and I highly recommend this establishment. Also, very reasonable with pricing.

I have been to Mantra for two piercings (belly button and tongue). For those two piercings, I was pierced by two different artists. Based on those piercings, I have been very happy with the experience and the result. Both piercing artists were very professional and personable. The jewelry, equipment, and rooms were private and clean. I didn’t have a problem with infection from either of my piercings. So, I believe that Mantra is very reputable. Since my experiences have been good, I would definitely go again if I were looking to get another piercing. Also, I like how the price wasn’t as expensive as other piercing locations. Although the price is not as expensive, the quality of my piercing experience was just as good as other highly rated piercing shops in the Denver area.

I have 3 pieces by Ben Parker. He is an incredible artist. Professional, laid back, gentle handed. Everywhere I go, when I travel, people ask me who did my amazing art work. His line work, color, and detail is impeccable. I like the shop too. Pretty chill vibe, everyone seems really talented. Highly recommend mantra tattoo.

Shortly after moving to Denver I decided to get my first face piercing. I don’t honestly remember what made me choose Mantra, but I’m glad I chose it! I called in advance and spoke with Luke who set up a rough time for me to come in and get my lower lip pierced.
I’m not a fainting person or anything like that and had no issues with the piercing. Luke was super nice and fun to talk to and he did a wonderful job, there was very little pain, and it was over quick.
I’ve now had my nose pierced by Luke as well, and have several more plans!
A few things about Luke… He is very passionate about his job and that is evident when talking to him and asking him about things. He is very knowledgeable and only uses the best of the best when it comes to jewelry. He also has his own machine (I can’t remember what he called it!) to colorize the jewelry, which is pretty awesome (I had my nose piercing done in a bronze-​copper color and love it). He also has an Instagram account that he posts his work in frequently, and it’s a wonderful resource for what he can do. I love him and will not go to another piercer!

this place sucks! ive gotten every tattoo CODY has done COVERED UP. even the cover ups fell out and im left with an ugly scar full if ink ive seen his work other places its shotty and under detailed and charges for cover ups for tattoos he messed up. I have paid hundreds of dolllars trying to lazer remove his work. THIS PLACE SUCKS TOO LAME FOR A NAME

I got a foot tattoo by Jen. It was VERY affordable and the detail is impeccable. I had to get the tattoo touched up and it was easy to make the follow up appointment and the tattoo is still flawless a year and a half later. The small detail and straight lines on my tattoo were done with gentle care and I get compliments about how great the quality is for a foot tat. If I still lived in Denver, I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is the best tattoo place I’ve been to! It’s clean and professional, yet still a fun place to be! Found the best artist ever– Zech Tallant and I will never leave him! He is able to work with your vision, and add his vision that makes it extra special!

Ben Gun is great! He fixed several of my tattoos with cover up tats! I would recommend this shop, Mantra Tattoo to anyone else looking for any work to be done. Truly 5 stars. Very clean shop. I have had other tattoo artists that were very brash & would make inappropriate remarks while tattooing. Ben was really a gentleman and made sure that I was feeling okay the whole time & making sure that I was comfortable. He would ask if I needed a break, made sure that the tattoo was really what I wanted, etc. He also added me to his cancellation list (as I asked him to weeks ago) and he actually had a cancellation and called. Great customer service! Any of the artists at Mantra tattoo are worth trusting with your next tattoo! Believe me, I did extensive research for months on all Denver area tattoo shops before choosing this one! So, enjoy!

Great place, very clean, good prices, everyone is very friendly. Saw Luke for a nose piercing ($ 25) –he was very laid back, down-​to-​earth and quick! He did a great job. I will definitely be back to buy jewelry for my piercing.

I have been in for both a piercing and a tattoo. I am horribly bad with needles, fainting whenever I get stuck with one, so when I visited Luke the piercer when I was 17 (my dad signed the waiver), wanting to get my Monroe piercing, I warned him that I might faint. He pierced me, I told him I was woozy, and then I fainted. Not only did he remain calm, he also lifted my legs up, which helped me regain conciousness faster. I accidentally kicked him in the face when I seized, but he was okay and cool with it. He was the most experienced piercer I’d been to, so I thought that for $ 20 it was a great deal.
For my tattoo, I went to Kidd. I was very impressed with his portfolio and his style reflected mine, I went in with a very vague idea, gave him a few specific details, and when I came back in for my appointment a week later, he presented me with a beautiful drawing and it was exactly what I wanted. He was able to nail it even with little help from me. We have the line work done and I’m so excited to go back for the color! They are also pretty fair on their pricing at $ 100/​hour, $ 50 shop minimum.
I gave this shop ⁴⁄₅ because I am not a fan of some of the other artists’ work, but everyone here is pretty friendly for the most part.

So maybe you might not want to commit to a tattoo but love art? Great group of artist at this shop that work in mixed media. Ben Gun and Ben Parker tattooed my fiancé. Highly recommend!

Just had my first tattoo in two years done here. Im from out of state, and trusted Unilocal with my search for a tattoo shop.
.and am i glad i did!
Being that i didnt know the artist or the shop or the area, etc, etc, i got something that ive wanted but rather simple. Cody (artist) was adorable, he made me feel totally comfortable and was hilarious. I will absolutely be coming back to add on to what i just got and to do my side piece.
Trying to fight the urge to call cody and set up another appointment for at least a month.

We made an appointment with Jeremy at Mantra and dropped of some sample art work and an idea. We came back a few weeks later on a Sunday. We spent about 4.5 hours there, and Jeremy did a great job. He hand drew the art on my girlfriend and made a few revisions based on what my she wanted.
The finished tattoo is very clean and has great shading. Here’s a picture:
The whole shop was cool, and the artists were all nice and made us feel comfortable. When Kim gets her next tattoo, it’ll be here.
