The first time I went in was in November. I told the girl was areas to work on and she didn’t focus on anything I told her at all. She said she didn’t think that it felt tight so she didn’t spend any extra time on it. The really tried to push the membership. Since I wasn’t impressed with the therapist I passed on the membership. The second time that I called to setup an appointment the guy took all of my info and told me what time my appointment was and who it was with. After that he put me on hold and after 5 minutes I hung up. When I arrived for my appointment then girl at the front desk top me that they didn’t have anything. They didn’t try to help or try to tell me when I could setup another appointment. I was very upset and left. I would not go back to this place ever. The therapist seem to be fresh out of school and the customer service sucks.

I’m finally giving up and canceling my membership. I have had so many appointments that have to be rescheduled, because «so-​and-​so no longer works here,» that I’m just giving up and moving on to another company. Their most recent attempt to reschedule me do to another lost employee comes *the day before* my appointment. The entire point of a membership is to be able to have consistency across appointments, and I’ll never get that if ever single therapist I use quits the next month. I’d recommend trying another place if you hope for a consistent therapist that learns what works best for you and is able to apply that knowledge to your future sessions.

I got the best massage of my life yesterday with SARA. I’d been in an accident and was experiencing a significant amount of pain. This being my first time at this spa, I felt the front desk was friendly and thorough. So was Sara. She actually read my form, asked pertinent questions and most important of all — GAVE A GREAT MASSAGE. I asked for between medium and deep and that’s exactly what I got. I loved her obvious knowledge of her profession, nutrition and she was helpful with suggestions when appropriate. I also have to mention Betsy. She was my initial contact and she was awesome. THANK YOU THANK YOU SARA!!! You owe it to yourself to experience her expertise!

I go all over the country to get massages. I couldn’t get into my normal place so I decided to try here. It was great! I signed up to come monthly for facials and massage. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff. Ted and Courtney have healing hands… that’s for sure… my only problem would be it didn’t smell very good in the lobby.

Ive been a member at this Massage Envy for two years and through two pregnancies. I would reccomend Gigi. She is so sweet and a great masseuse. Make sure you book in advance though because she is very busy!

Just went to Shellee and she was awesome. First time at Massage Envy and I’ll be back. Other reviews have said they don’t get back to you but my experience is that the receptionists were extremely personable, responsible, and timely.

Really disappointed in this establishment. I surprised my wife with a one hour massage on Valentine’s Day from Massage Envy. In addition to the regular massage, I scheduled a foot scrub and massage as well as their special deep tissue adder. Mind you that all of this was setup and paid for in advance. Well, she got there and proceeded with the massage. Her therapist was mediocre compared to others she has had. However, she was never able to fully relax. Most therapists either play very soothing sounds or do it in complete silence. Here, they had put the cheapest dime store clock in the room and all she could hear for the hour was tick tock tick tock. Then the therapist said he was done. When she inquired about the foot massage and deep tissue, he acted like he didn’t know anything about either. She inquired at the front desk and they affirmed that both items were noted on the account. Instead of addressing this issue with the therapist and letting her go back in and receive what was scheduled and already paid for, they just recalculated the bill and removed those charges. At least they didn’t charge me for services not rendered but I am very disappointed that they did not want to even attempt to provide the services that were already paid for and scheduled. The only reason I gave them as many stars as I did was because my wife said the massage itself was decent. Not mind blowing nor painful. Just decent.

I would give it zero as they never called back. I tried to book on line and I listed the times I wanted to come in and it is more than 24 hours later and no one ever called back. Very poor customer service. They must not need business.

Went here with a friend on Saturday for our first massage ever. I was hesitant about massages before because I was self-​conscious about my body (more before than now), and because of cost. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff (both reception and massage therapists) were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They asked about some background information about health and anything the therapist should know before going in, and asked about what we wanted out of their services like stress-​relief, aches, acne etc. («Acne» because this location also has skin-​care services like facials). I asked for a firm pressure for my massage and to put some more attention on my shoulders since they are tense and I had never gotten a professional massage before (also, I’m ticklish, so «light pressure» probably wouldn’t have been good when the therapist got to massaging my feet). The room had relaxing music playing and they let me dress down to whenever I was comfortable. Overall a great first massage.
