Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes(because once you’re in line there is no way to get out) just to get two hamburgers and an order of nuggets. They didn’t put any condiments on the burgers, and they gave us a 4 piece when we ordered a 10 piece. Now please tell me, how is it exactly that in 45 minutes time, you are still incapable of putting pickles on a sandwich, and counting to 10.

Service is ok. Breakfast is to be desired. Overcooked hashbrown patties and the egg white delight is always soggy instead firm.

I haven’t been here since 2013, but this is an old review I had posted: Unfortunately there is no curfew law for minors in Lakewood. As a result, this place looks like a middle/high school hang out every day from 4pm to midnight. They even had to hire a security guard, but really it is still pretty loud and sketchy when you have a bunch of teenagers hanging around late at night. If you want to hang out with a bunch of kids and compete for an empty table, come here.

This McDonalds is by my house. I cant ever remember receiving an order and it was right. We quit eating here. We go to Chick fil a or Wendys. I cant understand why they want more than minimum wage. They cant ever get an order right!

Very poorly run McDonalds. Its near my home, so I go fairly often and notice this: –The ice cream machine is constantly broken. I mean every week! Instead of signs saying ice cream is broken, they have gotten trickier saying ice cream«sold out» Um, we know better. Get a new machine. –They often forget to display the breakfast menu sign in the morning –They used to have a garbage can you could use from your car, but it was always over stuffed. The solution? They got rid of the can. –Their pre-recorded message when you pull up is almost always wrong. At 7am: «Would you like to try… some sort of burger or strawberry pie?» –At the window I have to repeat my order almost all the time. Just not well run

Visited earlier tonight and ordered a quarter pounder meal and a chocolate chip frappé. I was told to pull around and they would bring my food to me. I pull around to the waiting area and wait for my food thinking better to get fresh fries so I think nothing of it. I flip through the radio stations waiting and look at the clock. I notice 20 minutes have passed and now I am seeing people who went in and got their food ate and are now leaving. I think did these guys forget about my order. I go inside and sure enough nobody there even remembers telling me to pull around front. The manager asks what he can get for me and I let him know someone can get my order because I have been waiting out front for 20 minutes. He says ok and tells me to talk with the person at the drive through window. The drive through worker says he remembers telling someone to pull around front but that someone else was supposed to bring it out then he asks what the order was and I let him know and he said yeah I had it right here and looks over at the staging area to see there is nothing there and says hmm I must have gave it to the wrong car. We will get a fresh one for you. I look down at my watch and say I would hope it is fresh I have been out front waiting for 20 minutes so it would be very cold and stale now if it was waiting in the bag right. He agrees and asks what the order was I repeat it for him and he bags it and hands it to me. I left another satisfied customer who had a typical horrible experience from this crappy mcdonalds. Seems to be business as usual at this location, when they aren’t screwing up your order by putting the wrong sauce on it or putting cheese on it when you ask for no cheese they are completely forgetting about customers. this location needs new management and new workers, or it just needs to close.
