I have am a loyal customer here. Lina is the best at giving pedicures, she’s also very talented with her designs. I only let her touch my feet. When I get a manicure or acrylics I only let sandy or Michelle do it. There very nice here, not pushy at all and do a phenomenal job. And also give a complimentary ice cold bottled water. I don’t live in the area anymore but I rather drive 20 minutes and receive great service than settle for mediocre service near my home. I have tried many different places, but no one is nearly as good as here.

Very good deals for the work. ($ 15 for spa pedicure!!) If you’re expecting a super fancy salon, this may not be the one. But, the service is great. Ask for Sandy or Lina!

I miss Michelle so much! I wish I could go to her every two weeks but I can only go when I visit home since I now live in another state. But each time I visit I make sure I make an appt with Michelle to get my nails done! Months will go by but she still remembers me and calls me by name when I call! She’s so good too! I stopped picking my own colors and would let Michelle just do what she wanted. That’s how awesome she is!

Was my first time here at this place, & I love it! It is so convenient because it is a walking distance from me. The prices are at a good range and they do a great job! This is definitely my new place to go! I got full set acrylics for only $ 20, and I recommend SANDY, she is super nice and she is so talented with nails! I LOVE how she did my acrylics nails! (:

This place is right around the corner from home… But I still find myself going out of my way to go elsewhere when I have the time.
Michelle (the owner) is great when it comes to nail services (she can personally achieve just about anything). Her customer service /​interpersonal communication skills, however, is not the greatest.
This place gets extremely packed on the weekends. They have a very large gel selection, which is great!
They charge $ 2 – 3 to remove existing polish you come in with, other places don’t. Most employees do NOT know how to properly cut an ingrown nail, so they stop to call Michelle over.
I’ve had both good and not so good experiences here and overall I’d rate the business 3 stars. This accounts for product, cleanliness, customer service, and overall customer satisfaction.

I would say closer to 2.5 because previous times I’ve been here I got good service however my nails didn’t come out the way I asked. But today, the manicurist did not even approach a conversation. She said «are you sure you don’t want to upgrade to gel?» I said no and she asked multiple times. I asked for thin almond acrylic and she was doing it differently then I’ve seen others so I just said «Can I have it thin?» & she rudely says, «I got it, I will do it!» Then goes on about saying how she heard me the first time. Then when she painted my nail I accidently touched & she says «you’ve messed up A LOT!»
Like excuse, I understand this was my mistake but you don’t need to complain as if it’s so hard to paint over it… Probably wouldn’t come back but if I did I would only recommend Michelle…

there’s no point in making an appt. since they still make you wait. I had 6pm appt and arrived 10 mins early. it’s just about 630pm and nobody has started to do my pedi.
I thought I found a good place close to home which is hard to find. and this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with their service. I thought I’d give them more chances since maybe I caught at a bad time so I didn’t judge then, but now I am. they had too many chances… it’s just bad customer service.

Michelle and really everyone at the salon who works here are always looking to make you happy. My mom and I always go here and we drive about 15 – 20 miles too. They do the best powder acrylics, you pick the powder color, they are sparkly and elegant when only the tips are done. They also last so long and they do complimentary gel clear coating when they are done ($ 5 value). The shine stays on and they usually do not have you wait too long. I like to get pedicures done here too, the color has never chipped, and they are helpful when it comes to working with your nail ideas and imagination. I never make appointments and they always deliver unlike other salons who disregard you when you walk in. I will be coming here for my next full set, ask for Michelle!

Omg… my mom introduced me to Michelle m her shop gotta say she’s very sweet n we kicked it off with a great conversation. I luv the work she did on me im in luv with her work n time she took on my nails. I know this will be my spot from now on. Thanks Michelle

A friend introduced me to this place and she did a good job on finding this gem. On the first visit, I don’t know whether if it was for the free water bottle or that they knew how to take care of their customers or cause the owner wast there but I was sold. The moment i walked in, they helped me out in a instant and before I sticked my hand in the UV machine for the gel nails, they had me put on these gloves (never happened to the pervious salons) so I was amazed.
Second visit, I saw Michelle, the owner, at the shop. I wanted her to do my nails considering she runs the place but she was busy so I settled in with another technician, Sandy… and OMG I’m in love with her work. She did exactly what I asked for. She did express her opinions on some corrections HOWEVER, that opinion was said once unlike other technicians who get into an argument with to fix that damn nail.
On the third visit, I went in for a broken nail fix. I didn’t want no other technician besides Sandy or Michelle, as I said earlier only cause Michelle is running the place. Michelle was the one who helped me out. Let me tell you, she did NOT do what I wanted her to do. The work that Sandy did was perfect and that one nail that Michelle «tried» to fix… horrendous. Looked like I had playdoh stuck on one of my finger nail, stacked with flour and other crap, thats how thick it was. I had to flee with disappointment as I had to pick someone up at the airport so I couldn’t really tell her to fix it. (I did not try to rush her). I told myself that the next time I go, I’m making an appointment with Sandy and I did. She fixed that ugly looking thing as if it was her work of art.
I tend to find it really awkward to talk with technicians but with Sandy its a different story. She’s such a sweetheart, I pretty much know her life story now cause we clicked, despite the fact that it was a bit hard to decipher what she was trying to say with her accent.
The sole reason that this place is missing a star is because of Michelle herself and I’m not going based off the nail that she poorly worked on. I just have a weird vibe with her. With the second visit, when I first saw Michelle, she didn’t really acknowledge me (not that it really bothered me as much) but its that simple warm greeting that lacked from her. With that being said, she’s loud like motha’… that too in her language. I can’t tell whether if she’s yelling at her technicians or if thats how she speaks.
All in all, I do recommend this place with a high suggestion of you asking for Sandy.
I swear, people think my nails are real (when she did acrylic on me) and its true, they do look real. I have high hopes on Sandy so much that I even thought about her being my technician for my wedding!

Worst service I’ve ever had there. First, the lady cutting my toenails, I asked her if she could cut my big toe (since she cut the rest). She gives me an attitude and says that she already cut it and I just «didn’t feel it». I’m pretty sure I’d «feel it», if she actually listened to me and did what I asked her to do. Then, they were carrying on a full conversation with each other loudly like they weren’t running a business or something.
The lady who did my nails didn’t listen to me either. I just wanted my nails filed. She ignored me and cut them anyways. She also cut my skin in the process and made me bleed. She also didn’t put lotion on my arms or massage them. And as she painted my nails, she put didn’t even cover my full nails.
I never complain usually but this was the worst service ever! Never, EVER going back there. Waste of money!

Daughter took me there for Mother’s Day Gel nail mani and pedi. First visit was good. Stephanie did a nice job. On the return visit, I brought family members in for services. Stay away from Van (the lady). She did a manicure and pedicure on my husband and asked if he wanted the wax paraffin to soften his hands, massage on the hand, callouses removed, etc. WITHOUT disclosing that there were extra fees for those services. When the bill came, Van flat out lied and told me that hubby agreed to the fees for the services. Manipulative and disgusting!
As for Stephanie, she did a wonderful gel manicure on my mom, and Van (the man) was a little rough trimming the cuticles, but did a great job on the french manicure with gel! I would go back, but stay away from Van — the lady.

We have been going to see Michelle and Stephanie since they worked at another shop in the Lakewood village. We love this place! My sister and I will only allow Stephanie to wax are brows and give us our facials. They are super clean and always do a great job!

They have improved in there service as far as cleaning up cuticle and polish. Good and thorough nail shop.

Michelle’s was a tiny drive away from my location when I decided that I wanted to get some pampering done for the holidays. I was a walk-​in and was lucky enough to be accommodated for a full set, pedi, & waxing with a little wait. The experience was good and nothing out of the ordinary. Simple and sweet. The nail technicians were cordial and pretty much let me be while they merrily did their job. I have bit complaints about that. The space is fairly clean yet the could use some rearranging (IMO).
I’ve been a little finicky about my nails and brows lately. For some reason I can not find a person or place that can strip me of my stray hairs, give me a dazzling arch, or shape a perfect set of acrylics. Though the services received were good and the outcome was descent, I would have appreciated more quality and precise craftsmanship. I know that it can be a bit daunting to give 110% all day every day especially when each task can be repetitive but the extra mile can mean more returning clients :) Anywho, I liked what I got done but could do without the extra tweezing I had to do that very same night and annoying little dents on the sides of some of my nails when I JUST paid some good money to have them gone right the first time.
All-​in-​all, I’d go back but I’d make sure to point out any flaws that I want corrected before heading out the door. I think that’s fair considering I shell out nearly $ 75 + tip.

I really like this place! I’ve been going there for a while and they’ve never disappointed me. They have a good quality nail Polish and many colors to choose from. I usually go on a weekday and I usually don’t have to wait, but if I do its not for long. The ladies are very nice and always like to hold a conversation. Really good customer service and most of the time your given water. They always try to make you feel comfortable, which is a plus. I highly recommend this place because of there affordable prices for the great job they do. They also have a card in which they stamp and when you go five times you get $ 5 off your next time you go!

This is the only nail spa I can go to and get my nails done the right way. For a full set 20 bucks and one color. There’s a guy name BELL he’s my favorite he always does my nails perfect the acrylic isn’t super thick on my nail he gives it a natural look. I recently got them done and I got them shaped oval. There ahhhh words can’t describe lol I love them they shaped them perfect

This place is nice the people who work here are sweet. I usually don’t go to the same nail place twice cause they keep asking to get the more expensive stuff, they just asked once I said no and she was done with it. I got a full set for 20 and a penicure for 15. Also they give you water which I thought was nice. Over all great place clean and they do great work. They don’t rush.
Cons: The lady that was doing my nails stopped to answer her phone and I was sitting there for 15 minutes… Idk the urgency of the call but still it was annoying to just sit there and wait.
