Bought a cashmere sweater here and after wearing it twice (hardly doing log splitting or other hard core work while I had it on) it developed two holes. I contacted NM 6 weeks after receiving the item and they said no dice, I had 30 days to report the holes.
Guess I’m a bit odd, but I don’t normally inspect my clothes every time I wear them. And the sweater hung in my closet for a few weeks before I wore it. They won’t send me a replacement, so I won’t be shopping with them again. I get better service from Target!

With receipt in hand, brand new shoes unworn, card purchased on, and within the time frame for the given return, I am now nearly three hundred dollars in the hole since my return was not accepted as valid. (I had to walk in the shoes for a short time in order to tell how uncomfortable they were, and apparently left unforgivable scuff marks). I was told to try to sell the shoes on EBay instead. The manager, Doug, was entirely unapologetic.

Unlike most Outlet stores, Neiman Marcus-​Last Call carries items that once came from Neiman Marcus.
I’ve recently found that some stores have clothing and other accessory items made specifically for the Outlet stores. Items made with cheaper fabric, less precise finishing and overall poorer quality. Did you know this?
Neiman Marcus is one of the exceptions to this rule, their items truly come from the original full price Neiman Marcus store at the same high quality at a discounted price. You can tell just by the feel of the fabric that it’s the real deal. I came across multiple sweaters that were 100% cashmere at 50% off the original price — what a steal!
This Neiman Marcus-​Last Call carries women’s clothing, cocktail dresses, a decent sized men’s clothing area, accessories, purses, shoes, and a small area for home décor. When I need a cocktail dress, this will definitely make the top of my list to shop at first.
I can see a mutually beneficial relationship between Neiman and myself for a long time.

I’ve been here a handful of times now. I’ve bought two pairs of sunnies from this location (the first pair were literally stolen off my face by my mom who said they looked better on her). Tory Burch and Marc Jacobs, after discounts, ~$ 40 – 50 each pair. Not too shabby. The shoe and purse areas are a mess, so I have to come here in the right frame of mind. I have to go in knowing that whatever I pick up and try on is being eyed by some other person and she is being guarded by her mom, who is giving me the stink eye. On multiple occasions the Frye boot was barely out of my hands, when someone else was already swooping in and snatching up the box in front of me! The sales associates here are not very helpful (you don’t need the details on that). I realize it’s an outlet, but a tad more friendliness would make my overall experience better. I guess if I want good service I’ll have to wait until I’m a bajillionaire and can shop at the real deal.

The service is great (the ladies at the jewelry counter were very attentive and helpful). However the selection and price are not that good. I think if I come here often maybe I can find some good deals. Good quality but overpriced stuff.

This is a great place to go if you’re looking to buy a $ 285 pair of designer jeans marked down to the super low extreme discounted bargain price of $ 189.99.

After being rudely asked where am i going to check-​out (referring to the front of the store or the back) the sales lady proceeded to grab my clothes & take me to a register! I hadn’t’ even decided what i was going to buy yet! She was so rude & made it very clear that I was to «come find her» when i was ready to checkout-​even though she was obnoxiously rude when i had questions about pricing etc. On top of everything, at checkout, she refused to give me a price scan without my credit card. She insisted that this was the only way i could find out the price & then says «You haven’t shopped here before, have you?» If this is really their policy-it’s absurd! Immediately after i had buyers remorse & went back to return one of the items i was pressured into buying. All 3 of the customer service women were wrapped up in 1 ladies return & barely said one word to me. I will NEVER return to this store despite how badly i wanted to find a great bargain. They seriously need to rethink their sales & customer service staff. Very disappointing.

I love this store! Whenever I come home to Colorado for a visit, I always make at least one trip here. When I was home for Christmas, I came here to find some new shoes and ended up walking out with shoes, some vests, my mum and dad’s Christmas presents and some beautiful sunglasses. The only thing I do not like about this place is I think the sales staff are all on commission, so expect to be followed around the store and anything you wish to buy, they will take it from you and put it in a pile with their name on it, so they get the sale.

my fiancée and I were looking for a couch and thought we would check this store out. not even 3 seconds after sitting down on a really cool looking couch a sales lady comes over with a couple who looked very uninterested and told us to get off the couch so she could show it to them. I told her we were looking at the couch to which she replied «sorry» I told a so called manager and was yes’d to death. needless to say we will not be shopping there.

I can always find a great designer deal here, especially when they run a «take an extra 20% off» and give you an extra 5% off your purchase when you use your NM card.
However, the service I’ve received here has either been mildly friendly yet efficient, or friggin’ rude. Now, I’m always thrilled with the former when I’m bargain hunting– it’s an outlet shop so I don’t need a sales associate hovering over me while I dig through racks. However, being haughtily asked, «you know we’re closing in five minutes?!» while I’m looking at Juicy Couture handbags is never acceptable.
Alas, the awesome finds and great deals I find here always keep me coming back…

Honestly, not even half the store that Saks Off 5^th is. It’s messy and definately doesn’t have the same deals. Most of their «sale» shoes are still $ 200+.

I really don’t understand this place, it’s supposed to be an Outlet right? So why is everything more expensive than their Cherry Creek store or anywhere else for that matter? Oddly enough going here at least made me smile, since I found the same pair of Rocking Republic jeans for $ 100 more than I paid at Off The Rack on Tuesday, score.
