O’Reilly Auto Parts

The staff here is fantastic! I locked my keys out of my car and they did everything they could to help me including calling the least expensive locksmith. They are the best!

I had a great experience at this O’Reilly shop. Upon walking in, a gentleman named Chris, a manager, asked if he could help me find what I need. I had been looking for headlights and spark plugs. Chris was very efficient, polite, and professional. I think he’s a good manager, based on the general vibe from the other workers. He even reminded me about not touching the replacement headlamps with my bare hands (to prevent getting skin oil on the bulb; can cause it to overheat.)

This weekend my neighbors have been throwing lots of parties and many frat boys have been walking past my car in the driveway… I woke up this morning to my mirror laying next to my car on the passenger side (just the glass). I didn’t sweat it, figured it would be an easy fix to just go to an auto part store and have it replaced. This was not the case at the Advanced Auto Parts down the street, who tried to order the wrong mirror, thereby overcharging me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and refused to help me figure out how to put it back on my car.
The guy at O’Reilly’s, Chris was extremely helpful, the person also working there with the tattooed arm was extremely friendly and nice as well. Chris told me there were a few ways to put the mirror on, let me leave my shattered one for him to get the glass off, and was more than happy to order the part and call me as soon as it came in, the part was half the price as Advanced (maybe because it was the correct part?).
If I ever have to get a part for my car again I will definitely be coming back here. Amazing, accommodating service which goes far above and beyond expectations. Extremely impressive and refreshing, especially after my crappy experience down the street!

I’m impressed every time I go into an O’Reillys. I called ahead to make sure they had some driveway oil spot cleaner and they did so I went over to pick it up. They ended up helping me check out my car to see what the oil leak problem could be all while helping someone else with their car also! I would choose an O’Reillys over any other auto parts store any day!

These guys are awesome. AWESOME. Every time I have gone in there they have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They have exceeded my expectations and helped me solve my problems every time I’ve gone there.
Seriously, auto parts places can be hit or miss, but these guys are ALL HIT. They even stay open late so you don’t have to rush from work.
And to be fair, I should stop using «guys,» because the woman who works there knows more about cars than any of my motorhead buddies! Effin’-A!
