Top notch, genuine, helpful business. Oklahoma family was in a bind after being in a wreck during spring break snowstorm. We called them from an hour away and they gave helpful info. We pulled in and they immediate got our bumper out from the tire, which allowed us to get back home. These gentlemen were very helpful in a time of need.
I would recommend this business to anyone and wished we had more first rate examples of integrity like the business to follow.

Originally recommended by Lakewood Fordland, (now, LH Miller Ford), this shop fixed my Ford Truck in 1988. The work was exceptional. Recently, I had my Cadillac Escalade repaired after hail damage, and again their work was amazing! Family owned and operated, they really know what they’re doing.

I did not have a good experience.
I started shopping around to get my truck completely repainted and have all the dings and dents removed. I asked them at Perry and Terry if they work well with slight perfectionists and they said yes.
I never felt like I was getting a straight answer from anybody. Joe would use his brother Sam as an excuse to not having answers, Sam would be out of the picture and one hand was never connected to any other hands in this business.
I found a ¼″ hole that was drilled into the fender of my truck and was covered up with an aftermarket fender flare. I was pissed. I found drips all over the truck and they were not corrected when they took it back in to correct the hole drilled through my fender. I had a list of things for them to correct and none of them were corrected. When I picked my truck up the second time, Joe had zero idea what had been done and what had not been done. It was the biggest let down to be treated like this.
From a distance the truck looks great, up close, and for a perfectionist with my truck, it is a cheaply done job with lots of excuses. I still have all kinds of little dings under my new paint and I will never take my truck back to them.
Joe told me to tell people that it was a $ 10K job, why, I do not know because if I got a $ 10K paint job, I wonder if the customer service would have been better.
I paid around $ 6500 for this sub par job.
Never a straight answer about anything.
If you want to be lost in the sauce and full of wonderment, go ahead and use Perry and Terry.
I’ll just sand it myself next time and use a spray can.

These guys do phenomenal work. They only do repairs the proper way. I won’t let anyone else touch my cars.
