In response to your explination. You had a chance to explore other issues that might be a problem. If you recall I brought my car back into repair damage your mechanic caused to the filler neck shroud the last time I brought my car in for the fuel line repair. In fact your mechanic caused more damage to the car than was present before my visit and you had to buy another part off of eBay to repair it. I saw the mechanic in the parking lot working on the car and saw him damage the car further. You didn’t test the fuel line to see if it was still leaking or you would have seen it leaking as I did after I left your shop the first time. I had to search for the part and tell you where to purchase it. Why should a customer have to do the leg work to fix a car that was brought to your shop for repairs?

Been coming here for a few years now. Employees are really friendly and helpful, especially the nice girl in front. Manh and Hai usually worked on my car with exceptional care and I’ve never came back for the same problem. High recommended.
Plus: It’s nearby restaurants and Starbucks so you can have a drink or lunch while your car is being serviced.

I stopped in for an oil change and was greeted right away when I went inside and my vehicle was done in about an hour. The prices were reasonable and the service was good.
*My reason for the 4 star review and not a 5 star was the bathroom. I remember it being messy with no toilet paper and a clogged toilet. Not a deal breaker, but not okay either.

i called on the phone and was given a qote of 100 to diagnois my 1988 ford truck. when i came in monday morning i was greeted by a very rude man i assume was the owner. he kept asking me if i did the work mysef. he told me it would cost 150.00 just to look at my truck. it seemed like a bait and switch deal to me. i totally dont trust this place.

This place is amazing. Honest mechanics. Easy on the wallet. And great customer service. Great for easy oil changes or smog checks. To the detailed engine work. I was in and out very quickly. Also given my quote before work began. Will be using Precision Tune much more! So glad I found this place!

I would say give these guys a shot.
The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent.
I have had two vehicles brought in for trouble shooting (I do my own repairs) and have been impressed with the level of helpfulness, expertise and honesty.
I had one issue with getting an alignment done. But when I spoke with the manager/​service writer the issue was taken care of promptly.

If you need an oil change A+, if you need work on your car go somewhere else!!!
They told me my drive belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. They said that they could also change my timing belt and water pump since they have to take that out anyways, and flush the transmission fluid. Grand total $ 500
WRONG. I just took my car to my new mechanic who said yes indeed my drive belt was cracked and needed replaced and yes transmission fluid needed to be flushed. BUT, they would NOT need to take out the timing belt or the water pump.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for any more than an oil change. Or at the very least get a second opinion before letting them work on your car. I don’t appreciate them trying to pull a fast one on me whether they thought they could «scam the dumb girl» or whatever may be the reason

After being called by said shop:
The manual on my car actually states to change at 90,000 or 108 months. It says to check at 60,000 miles if I fall under the «severe usage» which I don’t. Also confirmed by Hyundai.
You also changed your story 2 different times on the phone and now with your comment.
Again, review is staying up.

Highly recommended for competence and excellent customer service. I was returning to Portland after a visit to Seattle when my car broke down on I-​5 near Lakewood. I looked for a mechanic online, and found good reviews for this one. I couldn’t have chosen better. The repair turned out to be a sheared bracket that was only available from a dealer in Seattle or Portland. The co-​owners of Precision Tune, Dave and Manh, went above and beyond what I expected to get me on the road as fast as possible. Dave in particular went out of his way to make sure the part got to Lakewood on time. They were not just competent and professional but also friendly and helpful. While I waited, I listened to Manh with other customers. He told one guy not to worry about replacing his brakes yet, that they had more wear left. That kind of integrity is incredibly valuable.

I’ve passed by a couple times recently and noticed they do emissions testing. My tabs are up in a couple weeks and I stopped by to get it done since I was in the area. They were super quick with the test despite it being busy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
Friendly staff, no issues. I live in Kirkland so I wouldn’t come here to get work done on my car, but I was in the area on this particular day and it worked out for me.

I used to come here for oil change until I moved out of the area. The people are nice and friendly. One lady, who may be an owner, was very sociable one day. We talked about Indian food and other stuff. The waiting room doesn’t smell like the shop and the wait was reasonable. Decent price, about $ 28. The car ran great. Yay! I’m a fan.

These guys are really nice. Prices are a bit more than other places, but they offer tons of coupons. Their coupons combined with their friendly, quality service makes it an easy choice to keep coming back.

Having worked at several autoshops while going to school, I know how to spot a good (or bad) auto repair place. This shop is better than most.
Top on my list was being treated with respect, accurate quotes, timely service and non of the worthless add-​on sales I get at other places. WiFi was a nice extra since I had to wait for my car to be fixed.
I would have given 4-​stars, but while I waited I witnessed several people come in with concerns about previous repairs. I was impressed that the manager didn’t brush them off and seemed to be committed to finding a win-​win solution.

I still take my car in for oil changes at this location when I’m in town visiting my folks.
They used to offer a frequent stamp card for a free oil changed after 10. I thought that was a nice perk since oil changes are something that you need and can add up quickly.
They don’t seem to offer this anymore. They also close at 5pm which I think is a bit early.
The oil change seems to have ticked up in price the last 6 months or so. Nothing exciting to report — free wifi but I wasn’t able to connect as it sounded like the router needed to be reset but the girl didn’t know how to do it. I just sucked it up and waited the 30 mins and left.
