Valorie is my go-​to gal whenever I come here. I’ve been seeing her since I was around 13 or 14, I think? (I’m almost 25 now.) I’ve always had thick and curly hair, and Val always knows just what to do with it. She’s the biggest sweetheart, and she’ll make you feel like a freakin’ rockstar. I can’t recommend her enough, especially if you have difficult hair like mine.

Love this salon. It’s very clean and all the ladies are very friendly. My stylist is the owner of the salon, Valerie, and she does amazing work. She listens to what you want and makes her professional suggestions and guides you to get the best result possible. She’s very efficient and works extremely fast and her quality is great. She did full highlights, cut, and style in an hour and a half. She is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for almost 2 years now and highly recommend her.

I came to this salon twice within a week. I showed Janice a photo of the ash brown color I wanted and she ended up giving me a brassy ombré which was nowhere near close to what I wanted. I came back one week later because the salon would fix my hair free of charge. They were very understanding and noticed the mistakes made during my previous appointment. I was nervous during my second appointment because the lady doing my hair asked another worker how she should do ash blonde on my hair. It made me not trust her. In the end, she did give me the correct color I wanted, however, she did not properly blend my ombré on the left side of my hair. There were still traces of the leftover orange. I didn’t notice this when I was in the salon because of my hair being curled. My «ombré» looks horrible and noticeable even from far away. I’ve tried parting my hair a different way to cover the ombré up but it is still so very noticeable. To the staff of Splash, please be truthful on what you are capable of doing when it comes to hair. If you can’t do what is asked, let the customers know so that they can save the money and most importantly, prevent hair damage. This would have to be the worst salon experience and I would give this salon zero stars if I could.

This is my favorite salon. The stylists are down to earth and friendly. The prices are affordable. Everyone walks out looking happy and pretty!

I got a color and hair extensions. i told Cassandra i had a budget of 250. SHE TOTALLY WORKED WITH ME!!! it took a total of 4 hours. i died my hair red and half of my extensions red and the other half blonde. she styled my hair and i LOVED IT. so did everyone else at my house. she is now my permanent hair stylist from now on. next is going to be a hair cut.

I love the way Lorena Vargas has done to my hair from hair cuts to hair dye. I recommend her 100% She is a really nice, sweet person. She always makes you feel welcomed and give you exactly what you want.

Scheduled an appointment with Cathy after reading the reviews on Unilocal.She did not disappoint. I’ve been to four salons in the last two years and she’s the first one who’s gotten it right. She listens and educates. She’s my girl now.

When I go I go and see Kathy! I go blonde and she does a great job! Nice salon and nice people.

Haircut and blow runs approx $ 50 depending on length and … I was recommended by my neighbor and have gotten haircuts by Cathy Doty twice. Both appointments have been pleasant experiences, she talks a good conversation and leaves me feeling elegant.
My last haircut was an A-​line bob and I felt she is an experienced hairdresser and good at what she does. She also told me I could return for any touch-​up cuts if something felt awkward, I don’t feel she’d be offended or bothered if I wasn’t satisfied. My 1^st visit she left it at an longer length to be safe which worked out & my 2^nd visit was more drastic since I was so happy with my 1^st.
By the way, I have tried many hairdressers and Cathy has been one of the best!

I recently moved to Lakewood and had to find a hairstylist near by quick. I tried contacting others prior to Splash but they were all booked. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I love it here. Cassandra gave me a pixie cut and she was such a pleasure and very accommodating. And my hair came out fabulous

I was looking for a place close to home and called on a whim. They worked me in that day and Cassandra was my stylist. I have the nastiest, thickest curly hair in the world and I asked her to cut it all off because it was too damaged from processing and too hard to style. She stopped me and asked me to trust her, so I did. She did not cut off all of my hair, instead she gave me a great cut, color and style that is totally manageable and beautiful! I have been going to her ever since. The staff at the salon is extremely friendly and I always feel welcomed when I come in.

Been going to this place for 7 years. I see Kathy every time and love what she does with my blonde. I won’t trust anyone else to highlight my hair! I always am so happy with the results and she manages to keep my hair long and healthy! Highly recommend her

I was a last minute add on that wanted lots of work… they got me in same day staff was extremely pleasant! Service was excellent and my hair came out perfect! !! Will definitely be going back again !!!

Back from a trip from Splash’s and decided to get some extensions. Val did a great job! I love them and it didn’t take long at all.

I was recommended here by a friend who had a great haircut. Cathy Doty is her stylist and she is amazing. She did an awesome job on my haircut as well as educated me on styling and product! She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I love her!!! So glad she’s now MY hairstylist! I would recommend her to anyone.

Cathy Doty is amazing. After finding her by asking someone who had a great haircut where they had their hair cut I found Cathy. She is experienced, well trained, up to date and knows just what to do.

Renovated to include a spa! This hair salon is classy and sassy. If you’re young with outrageous hair or completely traditional this salon is tops. I’ve bn Valorie’s client since the ‘90s. I trust no one else for my cuts and color!

A trip to the salon usually fills me with anxiety. You’d be surprised how many licensed beauticians can butcher some bangs! So when I moved, I put off the hunt for a new go to hair place for as long as possible.
But a girl can only tolerate shaggy bangs and obvious roots for so long. I woke up one morning and couldn’t stand my hair another day. I was able to get in here and see Abby, who fixed my hair right up!
She asked all the right questions and did a great job re-​doing my highlights and lightening my hair. Also, Abby does not butcher bangs! She also had some great tips on how to detangle my hair and maintenance for my color.
Most important thing, my hair looked stellar when I left. This was an anxiety-​free trip to the salon! It was pretty affordable too, even though I have really long and thick hair, which can run up a pricey tab for color services. My next trip to the salon will definitely be to go see Abby again!
