This place should receive minus 5 stars! Beware that this is a 3rd party store and is not a Sprint Corporate store. They hide behind the Sprint logo and displays, misrepresent themselves, and are unethical. The manager will not honor what a staff member promised, and they post the Sprint 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that they will not honor when it is pointed out. They rely on the Sprint Corporation providing refunds and not themselves which they profit off of. Save a lot of time and frustration, and avoid them like the plague. The phones that they sell do not come from Sprint and you will not be eligible for the yearly upgrade on Samsung S series(Galaxy Forever) or the Apple iPhone(iPhone Forever) programs. The Sprint Corporation is risking a lot of bad public faith by allowing this 3rd party store to sell their services.

I was kinda torn between giving this place a 4 or a 5 stars. The men who work here are usually pretty good with their customer service, always greeting people as they walk in and reassuring customers they’ll be helped soon if they are waiting in line. If you have any discrepancies or any questions about your bill, they break it down for you bit by bit until you understand what you’re being charged. They always have pretty killer deals whenever new phones and new plans come out, so be on the lookout. Sometimes this place is slammed and other times there’s no one in here, it’s kinda hit or miss. I recommend coming here early, especially on the weekends, if you want to miss the big crowds. All of the men working here are pretty friendly and seem to be extremely knowledgeable about their products! I’d recommend going through Gabriel because I feel like he knows his stuff the best!
