Sublime Limousine Service

I currently live in Phoenix, AZ but visit the Los Angeles area often due to work, friends and family visits and let’s not forget the fantastic shopping downtown. I have used Sublime Limo’s a couple of times now. A few times were for airport transportation, and once for a night out with the girls! They were always on time and extremely professional, even when we made a few unscheduled stops in-​between our destination. Always make sure you schedule in extra time due to LA traffic. It is out of your control and you should always be prepared to sit in some kind of traffic, schedule your time accordingly. The Limos were always nice and clean. The drivers were dressed appropriately, accommodating, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have always returned all of my phone calls and messages. I will continue to use Sublime for my future transportation needs when in town.

Limo Driver showed up 5 min late. Really nice guy.
Big tire mark on the side of the limo from a truck the last driver ran into. Windows had hand prints all over them. The lighting on the ceiling had smudges all over them. Seats were torn and holes in the wall of the limo where a speaker used to be.
Let the driver know what time we would be out of the venue. Driver kept us waiting on the side of the road for 45 min.
Driver dropped us off at the house and said the total will be $ 540.00.
I will be sure to use another service in the future.

I used Sublime Limo’s this weekend and had Matt as a driver. EXTREMELY nice and up for anything we wanted to do. Got us to our destinations quickly and easily (including a lot of changes in destination), the vehicle was very clean and prepped well, and overall it was a perfect experience. It’s definitely the best service Ive experienced in the LA area.

Sublime limo is the BEST limo service in all of LA! I have tried other companies but have stuck with Sublime for several years. Very clean, nice cars, professional & on-​time drivers– definitely the Best — Matt rocks!

I’ve used Sublime of several occasions and been very happy with the service I received. I booked limo services for my wedding and towncars for airport trips and other events. I’ve spoken with the owner, Matthew, to arrange all of the bookings. He is very personable and accomodating. Likewise are the drivers we’ve had in addition to being punctual. On our last trip, Matthew even surprised my new husband and me with a limo upgrade (at no extra charge)! I highly reccommend Matthew and his company for any transportation needs.

This is best car service I have ever experienced! Their professionalism is outstanding. I first used them for my wedding and the service was so good that I have gone back for airport trips and concert trips. These guys show up on time, dressed professional and give A+ service. As a business person who travels frequently I highly recommend them.

I’ve used them 4 times to go to the airport and when coming back and have no problems or issues. My boys and wife loved it! I’ve even recommended them to my friends who used them to go to the USC Notre Dame game. Will be using them again later on this summer when I go to Hawaii! Matt was my driver and was very hospitable :)

OVERALL BAD SERVICE. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE!
Mind you, when I first called for a reservation for a pick up/​drop off service for Cali Christmas at Universal, service was great. Quick phone service, was available to do the pickup/​drop off, definitely seemed legit and reeled me in right away but on the actual day of the pick up … We called two hours in advance to see if there was a possibility to pick us up just 30 mins earlier from our scheduled time and we spoke to MATT who said that he’ll call us to let us know if they can or not, WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL IF THEY CAN, NOT EVEN ONE TO SAY THAT THEY’LL PICK US UP AT THE TIME SCHEDULED. What’s even worse, they were an HOUR late. I had the number of our driver, STAR who was really nice btw, who said she’ll 15 mins late which she wasn’t apparently. That’s not even the worse part…
All 6 of us got into the limo, only to find out that the lights weren’t working, no cups, no champagne, and only 4 cans of coke. WTF. Star tried to fix the lights right there and then (almost shocked herself messing with the circuit area) which btw, they should’ve checked everything prior to the day of service which they failed to do. We had to interrupt her, with us already late, having to go through traffic to LA, we said fuck it, we’re just going to have to be in the dark… No music either because there was no power back there where we were sitting … We had to listen to the radio from where the driver was seated … Thank god we brought our drinks and our own plastic cups, having to pour it in the dark but anything to make this horrible trip go by. We were in traffic for almost two hours, with us late as it is.
We spent good money on our Cali Xmas tickets … Missed an hour of performance, and thought that we can probably get a free trip due to the horrible service, the least that they can do for us right? NOPE. Not at all … I give it to Star for staying sweet even after us talking shit about the service, but only to find out they’re only giving us a $ 50 discount? Hahahahahahaha this is ridiculous. RIDICULOUS.
I called and called and called Matt because Star said he’ll take care of us. He never called back. Dodged every single one of my calls, I left messages, no pick up. Oh, but they were so quick to pick up the call to make reservations. Hahaha now, my only choice is to report them, cancel my card and get compensated all my money back because they charged me everything anyways! I was willing to talk to him about the situation and hopefully get reasonable compensation back but he avoided all of my calls. They are GRIMEY, CROOKED and UNPROFESSIONAL!
*OMG and did I mention that we tried googling their location so we can talk to them personally after avoiding so many of my calls. I couldn’t find them! One address lead me to this building of all these company suites and couldn’t find them in the directory. Another address lead us to an apartment, which if this business is running from, is sleazy. I can’t believe it. I want my money back and I don’t know how this business is still up an running. Star, you shouldn’t be working with these guys.

I attempted to order service from this company. I asked for a quote after calling around the area to have a sedan pick up my father coming into LAX. He said he didnt have any sedans but did have a stretch available at the same price. Great gesture… unfortunately very poor execution. I should have realized he would not be reliable especially when I first called I had to make 3 calls just to get a call back. Gave him my credit information which I hope does not get shared but you never know with irresponsible people. In the end my father calls and is left standing outside waiting for a pickup with nobody there to pick him up. Several calls to the guy who initially called me and no answer. So my father had to arrange his own transportation. Terrible terrible execution. Look someplace else!

I booked this place months in advanced to get a ride to the airport. Paid in advanced and everything.
When I called the week of to confirm, they said they cancelled my reservation.
I asked why and they had no answer. They re booked me, got my flight information, address etc.
They never showed up the morning of. They were supposed to pick me up at 730am. I waited til 815am and had to find a ride. I called them several times with no answer. I left three messages asking if someone was on their way or should I find another way to the airport. They never called me back, even days later I had to track them down.
It took another week for me to get a hold of them. I think the other reviews are fake. This was the poorest business execution and customer service I have ever seen. When I finally got a hold of them, they were not even that apologetic.

We had reservations for a pickup Sunday ⁵⁄₂₀ at 5:45am. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.
No phone call, no email, NOTHING. By the time we realized that they weren’t coming, it was too late. I had first class tickets for a 7am flight which we missed. Yes, we were able to take a later flight, but had to sit in coach and lost the miles I redeemed for the first class tickets. And we arrived at our destination 4 hours later than we should have, and considering that this was a short trip, even 4 hours was a lot.

I tried several time to reach this company to make an appointment, but they would never pick up the phone. The one time they did pick up the phone, they hung up on me. I left several messages and they would never call me back. After reading the unfiltered reviews I can see now that Sublime was doing me a favor by not calling me back. Also check out their URL. Notice how they misspelled ‘limousine’?
*EDIT* I guess they saw my review and changed their URL. Nice try guys, but you still offer bad service and you are using a free hosting service. That’s so 90s (geocities anyone)!

We purchased a Groupon for a RT from home to LAX. We made reservations and were told there was a $ 25 fuel surcharge in the fine print. The person said he would email. He didn’t and there wasn’t anything in the fine print. We called about five times to confirm the pickup and got the answering machine each time. We never got a call back. We called Groupon who did confirm a 12:15 PM pick up on ⁴⁄₁₃. No one ever arrived. We called, got the answering machine yet again and would up driving to LAX and parking in Lot C — causing great problems as we both had recent surgeries and did not need to be lifting luggage.
Groupon was great but Sublime is a joke!

I always get a limo for me and my friends for special occasions. It’s great because everyone can relax and have a great time– and no one’s going to end up with a DUI. I’ve used Sublime limo a couple of times now. I got the white limo– a nice change from the usual black– very hip. They are always on time, everything is nice and clean, and things run smoothly. Sublime is my private ride.

Hands down the best limo service in LA!!! Awesome customer service, they’re always on time and they offer a nice drink selection! I always recommend them whether it’s for prom, airport drop off/​pick up, or a special event :) Sublime = Superb

I have used this company several times and they’ve never let me down. Sometimes we travel to the airport and sometimes to other events but Sublime Limo always delivers great service. I can’t wait for the next time!

I used Sublime for transport from LAX to Irvine and could not have been happier. The service was on time, clean, friendly and professional. The driver was very courteous and knowledgeable of the rush hour traffic patterns. I would highly recommend Sublime to anyone.
