Stay away. Employee named Reggie threatened me over a breakfast sandwich. I feared for my safety.

Totally different sandwich and customer service every time you go in the store.
This kid plopped the cold boat of steak on my sandwich and when I asked him to heat it up he said,“I can if you want me to…“
I used to work at a subway and believe me, sometimes it sucked but I am always kind and polite because I know what it’s like to be behind that counter. Treat people the way you want to be treated?
I will say they time before last I was in there the lady there was very nice and talkative. Like I said, a different experience every time.

Oh my gosh, this place has a severe sanitation issue.
We were in the process of ordering two turkey sandwiches when we noticed a huge BEETLE on top of the turkey slice!
Shocked, I pointed it out to the employee who turned to his manager and was like «there’s a bug on the turkey». Reaction? Solution? Simply throw THAT SLICE in the trash and continue to move our sandwiches down the line!
We left immediately. So disgusting!!!

They served old cookies. I specifically asked were the cookies fresh and the worker just lied. He said the cookies were baked this morning.

I’ve been going to this Subway every week for several months because of how close it is to where I work. Just about every week, there was a problem! Sometimes they didn’t have chocolate chip cookies. Most of the time the bill was wrong and I was overcharged. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I would get a refund… but EVERY time? I hope people double-​check what they pay against what they ordered, because in my case I was ALWAYS overcharged. Today they didn’t have chocolate chip cookies, the soda machine was out of Coke, AND I was overcharged! Enough is enough… I’m not going back because it just keeps getting worse. A new sandwich shop opened across the street (Stack). I’ll give them a try, but I’m not going back to this Substandard Subway.

This place was pretty good today, the store looked clean. I would go back!

Quick efficient staff. This location is clean and offers all the subway selection you would expect. Only downside is the extremely awkward parking lot.
