Let me start by saying this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received! We went in around 9:40 pm the sign say they close at 11pm so my friends and I decided to go this subway to eat dinner. We get there and they did a good job doing our subs but at the moment of payment it went bad. We all received a message from subway promoting buy one footlong receive one free. With a purchase of a drink(no size is required.) the cashier guy gave me a 30oz I asked for a small drink he said the promotion required a 30oz drink purchase. Ok fine he gave me two cups didn’t charge me for the second cup but once my friend purchased her footlong plus a free one with a 30 oz and chips she was being charged the cup the man had given us. Since we declined to pay for it since it was his mistake he asked for the cup back… After that he and the other employee there told us we couldn’t dine there because they closed exactly at 10 and since it was 9:50 we would have to rush our meal. There was already two men having their dinner too. They still had to close clean but yet they asked us to leave so we didn’t rush. We ate outside and 30 min later they left. I have gone to many subways and even before closing they let me finish my meal of course letting me know hey we are closing soon. Please take it to consideration to eat and go. But nope not here. On top of that the girls attitude was horrible!

Never witnessed such blatant disrespect to an employee. The employee was scared of her manager but now that she has quit someone should look out for the rest of the employees. The Manager should be fired not sent to another location.

My boyfriend and I went to get some dinner at subway and as we’re ordering Paola a worker there rolled her eyes at us, has no reason to roll eyes at us we were just ordering. We always come to this one cause it has great workers but she was just plan rude !!!

Used Unilocal to find this location last night using the«whats open» buton when searching. Foud this locatuon after 10, but before 11, and went over thinking it would be open. It was closed already, but the hours listed at the location said THESTORECLOSESAT10PM. Unilocal still says 11pm.

Just left this location(4:30pm)…the food was delicious as always, however, the customer service was lacking. No smiles, no enthusiasm… no welcome greeting. Not the normal for Subway. Be thankful for your jobs ladies, we are thankful you are there to serve us :-)

I’m not really a big sandwich fan, but I feel like this place deserves my business. The men in my household REALLY like sandwiches, and we literally live about a block away, so I find myself here pretty frequently. They are always quick to say«Welcome to Subway!» when we walk in. Whether it is sincere or not doesn’t matter to me… it’s nice that they acknowledge customers. The«sandwich artists» work quickly and are always accommodating to my requests. Veggies always look fresh, and the bread is as well. It’s never overcrowded here, although there may be a short line at the peak of the lunch hour. The one time they accidentally charged me for a footlong instead of a 6 inch, they immediately refunded the difference back to my card… not a big deal at all. Overall, I’d say this Subway location is a decent place to grab a quick sandwich meal… no complaints here!

I’ve only eaten at this Subway Sandwiches restaurant one time, but it was a great experience. I ordered a toasted, footlong sub and it was yummy. The people working here were really nice. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out in order to get a free cookie, so I took my sub next door to Starbucks, ate it and filled it out online. When I returned it, the girl working there was so nice, she gave me 2 cookies! They were really yummy, mouthwatering and chewy. If you want, you can also bite into Starbucks’ wifi at this Subway.

I eat here about twice a month, it’s fast and close to work. I’m a fan of the tuna. Place is clean and cheap.

After watching friends play in the USTA mixed doubles area playoffs, we had lunch here. It’s a normal Subway with the normal menu. It seats about 30 people in the store. I shared a toasted meatball marinara five dollar foot long with my friend. It was satisfactory and filled my hunger, but nothing special or out of the ordinary. Xie Xie!

Its greatest recommendation is that it’s less than a mile away from the office so I can just zip over on my bike. I ordered my usual turkey avocado swiss but when I asked to get it toasted I was informed their toaster was down – wah wah. The sandwich«artist» serving me was so-so, not asking me about what condiments I wanted so that I forgot to get mayo on it. Their avocado was fresh, though. It’s serviceable and convenient so I’m sure I’ll be coming back, but until their toaster’s up and running it will remain 2 stars!

Subway just doesn’t appeal to me much anymore. Between Quiznos and Togos, why would I go here? Sometimes I think I can make a better sandwich at home and save the 5 bucks.
