If you like a person who won’t answer their phone, someone you can’t approach and blames things on the tenants when something in the rental unit goes wrong. You won’t get quality maintenance if any at all. When I moved in a few months into the lease I got bed bugs, called Jim he told me it was my fault they were here refused to give me sufficient notice when the pest people would arrive so i could ready my place for them and then shows up himself to yell at me and tell me its all my fault when they have been traveling from unit to unit apparently for the last year and a half. I come home every night to darkness the lights in the hallways are never on, the maintenance man doesn’t fix anything if you can even get your problem to him. My bathtub leaks, the window in the bedroom leaks, the ac unit under the living room window makes terrible noise and the heaters sometimes work. Can i get it fixed plz! No every time I call he yells at me tells me Im nothing but trouble and then when i try to speak he interrupts me then hangs up. So if you wanna deal with a complete jack wagon and live in misery for at least a year use this company. The previous landlord/​owner of my building who i had my lease with spent money to upgrade appliances and redo floors and make this place a great place to live everyone was happy and when Jim took over 5 people cut their leases early and left!!! Jim is arrogant, unapproachable, rude, and down right disrespectful!
