We specialize in cookie baking. You will not find a better cookie then at Susie’s Sweets. We make our cookies with the finest ingredients. They are soft & gooey just the way Susie likes them! We customize cookies also, you can get almost any logo on a sugar cookie. We role & cut & frost cookies here in the shop daily. All our cookies are made fresh everyday!

History

Established in 1994.

Susie’s Sweets was originally called Colorado Cookie Company. Susie acquired the shop July 2014. The original owner passed away April of 2014. Susie has dreamed of owning a cookie shop her whole life. She has combined some of her own recipes with the old and has come up with the perfect combination of sweets.

Sue grew up in a small town in Oregon called Wamic. Her parents owned a restaurant and a campground on a local reservoir. She loved to bake cookies. It took a lot of trial and error to come up with the perfect cookie. She grew up the 4 siblings, they told her for years to sell her cookies, 40 years later Sue is finally selling her cookies. The name ‘Susie’s Sweets’ comes from her father calling her Susie. Her now 20 year old son told her when he was 10 that he knew the perfect name for her cookie shop. «Mommy, you can name it Susie’s Sweets because there are other things that you make that are really yummy too»!
