Best head shop I’ve been to since moving to SoCal. I went to a few and didn’t really like the atmosphere of the other shops seems little weird but this place is legit friendly staff and great service thanks kris

Haha but seriously these guys really know there stuff, they where both very knowledgeable, friendly and just fun to hangout with. Really impressed how they helped my sister and I after breaking are favorite bong that day. But no worries because we upgraded to a sicker piece with dope perks thanks to Christian and Tanner.
We definitely recommend this place. It will now be are go to smoke shop. Thanks guys, much love

Christian and Tanner were very helpful! The store is clean! They explained and taught me how to get my Mini vape working. These guys have a great! If you need a mod or juice, they have the top of the line and affordable Mods.

Ayyyyy this is the spot. Cool ass dudes and good pricing. The store is super clean and they all treat you like their your friend. I had two employee helping me named tanner and Christian, very friendly and helpful guys!

This review has been long due I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. We usually run in for small items but This time Finally had time to make a bigger purchase and hang around in there for more than 2 minutes. Tanner and Christian are super cool dudes they were more than happy to help me out with any question I had and pointed me in the right direction to products that I’m completely happy with so far. Great prices great people you can expect me back.

I’ve always had nothing but good experiences here, seeing as I’ve been a customer for 2 years. But after today, my view has changed. I bought a product yesterday that was «supposed to work» and it ended up being defective. so I returned and they swapped it out for me. Minutes later, I’m back at the store with the same problem I had with the last one. The worker is insisting that I’m at fault and refuses to take their product back. He refuses to give me his manager’s name and number and says that it’s by their request? As if I’m playing a game. I find that crazy. By the looks of it, this store is buying knock-​offs of high-​end products just to make a quick buck. And I smell a LAWSUIT coming.

Came in last night and Tanner was very helpful and clarified all the questions I had.

Just rolled in to Pipe King today and copped a fresh new quartz banger. Thanks to Tanner for all the help! Great Service at this shop always!

Did a lot of searching for a glass piece for my bf. Found them on IG (@thepipeking). Contacted them and they were friendly & super helpful. Went today and was blown away with their selection! Great customer service. Don’t forget to tip Zed!

Came in here on 10-​16-​2015 just after 7:00pm to look and possible purchase some glass. My homie came with me and bought some vape stuff and the guy who was working was really cool at first. My homie was a little short on the cost of his purchase but he hooked him up and let him have it a few dollars off which was really cool. I started to ask about the glass and I asked to see a piece. The guy was like «oh that’s the most expensive piece in the shop”(Its the Ryno piece «What the duck») I started to think to myself. So what can I see it? (I understand that many people ask to look without purchasing but we should all be treated with the same respect as if we were) I asked if it was signed and he said «yeah I think so somewhere» but wouldn’t show me. I asked him to remove the stickers on the feet to look for the signature and he wouldn’t because he didn’t want to leave sticky residue from the stickers. Excuse me but if I am purchasing a high end glass piece I want it to be signed. He refused to do so until he asked me if I was going to buy it. I told him if was going to spend that amount of money I want to see if it is signed. His attitude then slightly shifted once I said I may buy it. I continue on with a water test and everything is good. I looked over the piece and everything seemed good so I say I am going to buy it. We talk and he says its 6k. Which the website advertised for 3600 because of their 5 year anniversary sale. He doesn’t believe me and has to call his boss to confirm. But if you work some where shouldn’t you have known if you are having a sale? He talks to his boss and I get the advertised price and he hooks me up with no sales tax which is cool of them. As he wraps up my piece he SITS THE PIECE ON THE GLASS COUNTER TOP MULTIPLE TIMES! Like are you fucking kidding me you have these nice mats right next to you and you sit it on the glass?! This guy knew nothing about his product or how to properly handle the art or the customer. Whoever was working that night should never handle high end glass or the customers buying it. I asked him questions I already knew the answer too and he would be wrong roughly half the time. Dont just try to push product. I bought the «what the duck» in the end of it all but can say I will NEVER return or refer anybody to the pipe king.

I will never buy glass/​accessories from another location while Tanner works there. He is an incredibly knowledgable, patient and enthusiastic employee. I have literally been trying to get ahold of the owner to personally express to him how impressive Tanner’s performance is. I drove over an hour to get my glass here last night.

I’ve been here twice. The reason for my Unilocal review is my second visit.
I would like to point out that a young white dude who works there, didn’t get his name, is awesome. He was very helpful. He was friendly and courteous and had a smile on his face the whole time. He deserves recognition for being awesome.
However, also didn’t catch his name, this other dude who had dark hair dark skin and a mustache with breezy Jesse from full house hair… He sucked. It was Tuesday night around 7 pm I went in. He was playing on his phone hiding behind a stereo. He didn’t greet me… Just got up and huffed around. I asked to see a pipe. he puts it on the counter and just stared at me. OK. So I asked about the bongs. Then he gave me prices that were way off from the last time I was there. I thought it was weird. At least a 15 –20 $ price difference. I don’t know who was informed or who wasn’t. But that lost a sale right there. So. Then I ask about the juices because I’m quitting cigarettes and recently purchased a vape but didn’t care for my original flavor. so basically he just had an attitude the whole time that he didn’t care if he made a sale or not. One customer came in and purchased juice and left and the guy behind the counter thought it was cool to speak badly and cuss about the customer in front of other customers after he had left. I purchased my pipe as a gift AMD some other juice AnD kind of winged it as far as flavor and brand… I couldn’t wait to get out of there. He made me feel unwelcome.
I would love to go back if white boy is working. If I see that other dude though. I’m Turning around and going to another shop.

Cool shop! Many glass pieces to choose from. Prices are comparable to what you’d find at shops in Venice. Can’t stress enough how knowledgable, honest, and chill these guys are. I was even talked out of buying an unneeded, more expensive lighter.

I don’t go into many smoke shops but was highly recommended by many friends to check it out. I went in the first time just to look and Jay was a huge help in showing me all the glass. And Jay definitely knew about every glass piece in there. I came back a few days later because of the great service I has preciously received. I then purchased the Dave Goldstein Apparatus! Jay highly recommend it to me and even helped me figure out the proper concentrate configuration. All in all Wonderland is a great Smoke Shop and has many locations. And thanks to Jay for helping me choose the best piece and the great service!

This store is so dope! Has the best deals and the greatest workers! I just got a diamond glass rig And love it! Absolutely sickest store out there. Give it a A Forsure!

Nicest glass outside of Venice but with greater service. Jay was so professional and knowledgeable.
