History

Established in 2015.

Attorney Allen Tittle initially formed Tittle Law, LLC in July of 2015 in order to give a more personal approach to each injury case. Shortly thereafter, Attorney Scott Perlmuter joined the firm as a partner. Together, Allen and Scott bring a host of knowledge and experience to serve their clients. In fact, both have been named as a Super Lawyers «Rising Star» in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Rising Star attorneys represent the top 2.5% of their profession in Ohio for lawyers 40 years old and younger.

Business Owner

Allen Tittle’s passion for personal injury law, including cases involving car accidents and medical malpractice, comes from a deeply rooted belief in justice — his success on behalf of clients is the result of a good, old-​fashioned hard work ethic.

«I come from a working class family where my dad was a union worker,» he says. «Nothing has ever been handed to me. I was the first person in my family to graduate from college.»

In 2015, Mr. Tittle decided to branch out on his own and he opened Tittle Law, LLC. «I started my own law firm so I could focus on two things — helping people and trying cases. This is why I became a lawyer.»
