Wish I could give more stars. Called for help on a busy holiday weekend with a leaky AC unit on a second floor condo.
Got a call from Jim first thing in the morning and he was here in 30 minutes. Job done in an hour. SUPER professional and honest. I’ve heard horror stories of companies insisting on new units to rake in the cash. My AC unit is a dinosaur and he was 100% honest that it simply had a dirty filter and a clogged drain pipe, but otherwise worked fine. Viola! Problem fixed.
These guys need more reviews on here. Not sure what was up with the one star down below. I’m thinking somebody was just having a bad day.

Turner and Sons, removed my floor heater, and installed forced heating throughout my house. Jeff Turner gave me a reasonable price to complete the job, and performed the work in detail. The crew was professional and cleaned up the worksite. I am completely satisfied with Turner and Sons work, if you need heating or air conditioning give Turner and Sons a opportunity you can’t go wrong. Thank you Jeff !!!

Do not use this company!!! The company I work for used this company for several years. We had several ongoing problems that they charged us thousands of dollars to repair, but were never fixed. Eventually they stopped showing up to appointments they scheduled with us, without even a phone call & then just stopped returning our phone calls to them at all. We called Advantage Air because of their great reviews on Unilocal,they came out the same day & by the next day all of our ongoing problems were fixed… Just like that! We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the horrible customer service from Turner & Sons!
