This place is an example of why you need to check the dates on reviews. The latest ones are all very good reviews, clearly there may have been some change in management in the last few years.
The customer service is great. My oil was changed quickly, and they didn’t tell me that I needed 18 other things done.
They found a nail in my tire and instead of trying to upsell me on brand-​new tires, they told me that I could use one that I had at home that matched my others. I ran home and came back and they took my car back in right away.
They also have free wireless, which is great because I was able to get work done while I waited.
Customer service like Travis’ is the reason why I would return.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my Mom, who had trouble with a different garage, and took it here to have it fixed. I believe it was Ron, who helped her, and he was a new manager of the place. My Mom had a leak somewhere which was hard to spot because the whole compartment was sprayed down with ATF. They charged her for an engine clean and told her to drive it and come back. She did so the following day, but the leak was so severe the whole engine compartment was wet with ATF. His mechanic found the fluid level had been overfilled by the last garage by almost triple causing it to spray everywhere when it warmed up. They were friendly, knowledgeable, more than fair in price. I would trust them with my car.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They also act with a high degree of integrity. Our car’s battery petered out and in desperation we had the vehicle towed here. They replaced the battery free of charge, completely out of goodwill (we had the battery under warranty, but they performed the actual change). I’ll be using these guys for future needs, no question.

I paid $ 160 for a battery! He said $ 135 over the phone. that’s pretty high so I assumed he included labor. Instead, I got the world’s most expensive battery for my 12 year old car. Plus, I went in just to have the headlight lamp replaced. They let the battery run out all day long. I didn’t have this budgeted. It really caused me a headache. They won’t get my business again.

I would never recommend this place.
Took a car in and made sure they knew it took a very specific part, not a generic stock part. A different mechanic I went to informed me that Young’s put the wrong part in. Went back to Young’s to discuss it and they would not refund or replace the wrong part, that they put in. They said the information I told them «was not in the mechanic notes, therefore they weren’t liable.»
Hundreds of dollars wasted at this place. Don’t go.

Went in for tires and an alignment. Found out the front end of my truck needs extensive repairs, and they let me know before they charged me for the alignment. Clean store, they also had the cheapest price on tires, and no wait for service.

Will NEVER return. Horrible service, they put shitty parts on your car.
Paid upwards of $ 900 for a new serpentine belt on my 4Runner in MARCH, it’s now MAY and the Toyota dealership says that it was a piece of «trash» and that I need a new one. Great. Called to notify, employees did not offer any explanation for the poor service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is just ok. I mean they didn’t screw me over or anything, I went because I had a «winterize car special» coupon for a radiator flush, oil change etc. So they did that, and then we (my boyfriend and I) returned to pick up my car and ask them do «winterize» his car now the guy at the front was all «umm we close at 4:00 it takes at least an hour do do a radiator flush»
*look at our watches… it is 2:00*
So we had to talk this guy into working on my BF’s car aka throwing them business? I hate when people act annoyed or like you are bothering them when it’s their job to service you! Of course once he figured out my BF was also interested in buying tires, he perked up into yadda yadda customer service mode…
Long story short — service was fine. Probably wouldn’t return here unless I stumbled upon another coupon for some of their services, and I think my BF will go elsewhere to get his tires too. Grease Monkey has always been much more pleasant to me!
