I’ve tried calling this company several times and the phone was never picked up. Luckily I talked with some friends & neighbors before I pursued them for an A/​C repair. I checked them out and discovered they are less than ethical in their business practices. I’m SO relieved that I did not use them, and found a better company. I’ll Unilocal the new company once service is complete.

No show on appointment day & no phone updates despite emergency a/​c repair. Rarely answer their phone. Owner showed up the following afternoon & said that he should not be working anyways due to poor blood circulation (just be honest & tell me on the phone & I’ll get another company!). Looked at exterior of unit only, said it needed a new coil (quote was $ 2000+), jimmy rigged it with some duck tape & wanted an $ 85 check for his «visit»? (repair was expected not estimate & made that clear at outset & no discloser at all that there would be a «diagnostic» charge. Called another local company – came over & opened up unit which was just off kilter causing water to not drain properly – Spent an hour charged me $ 185. & unit has worked perfectly ever since. I could have been so ripped off. Requested refund from AV AIR for false diagnosis – just ignored me. Consumer beware of this company!

Disappointed. I’ve gone several times during business hours and it’s closed. They don’t answer the phone either. Very frustrating.

I manage quite a few of my bosses properties in Lancaster and I have been using AV Air for a few years now. I love that it is family owned, they offer great customer service. Even if I don’t call for a year, when I do call they always remember me by name and all of the properties of ours that they serviced. When ever I send them out on a job, they schedule appointments quickly and always give me fair and honest estimates. Finding good and honest customer service is hard to come by and I definitely recommend AV Air.

My house was built in1988, everything was replaced other than my duct work. The rooms upstairs couldn’t handle the heat! and our AC was not working properly. I had asked a few friends if they recommended anyone to me. Camacho Auto Sales Representative handed me an A. V Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing Business Card. There customer service is AMAZING! The receptionist was very helpful. She had a technician come in the very next day. Andy was very concise, and cohesive. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. I had my problem resolved quickly.

Winter is coming, I wanted my heater serviced, searched out a local company and called AV Air Conditioning. To my delight they were available to have a service man come the very next day. I was provided the typical 4 hour window. I was called with arrival updates, are you still in shock at what great service I was receiving, well it gets better. 2 very nice men arrived at my home, treated my home, myself, and even my dog with respect and kindness. They performed the service, replaced the filter and did NOT try to sell me parts for a working furnace, they did what I requested and performed the maintenance service. Michael and Tom provided me with information with regard to the service they performed. When they left I felt I had company to my home, not someone who was there to perform their work to receive a pay check. These guys were great! I would use AV Air Conditioning and I would refer them to all my family, friends and anyone who was in need of HVAC service. THANKS AV Air for having great staff!

This was the third company I had come out to look at my heating system and they were by far the best. I heard about them from a coworker who recommended them. They were very professional and showed up when they said they would. They were very thorough when looking at my system and gave me a price breakdown with several different option and how those options would reflect on my monthly bills. They installed a new heating and HVAC system in one day and it has been working great since. I did call them once for a question I had with the system and they had no problem sending someone out to check on it. I highly recommend AV Air.
