Excellent customer service. Even tho the store never has enough staff and you usually always wait, we were taken care of quickly by very knowledgeable staff who addressed our concerns completely set us up thoroughly, and we left saving 100 $ a month smiling!

Cell service providers, like most utility companies and other enforced monopolies of sorts, usually have very few friends. It’s a co-dependent, abusive relationship and AT&T is certainly no better than any other provider. When I started suddenly having trouble with my phone, I called AT&T. Talked to a nice person who ran me through some routines on the phone. Then I gave it a few days to see if the problem would resolve. Which it did, it might be a little worse. So, knowing the rep I initially spoke with made notes on the account if I continued to have problems, I called back their national service line with confidence. Problem is, this time around, no help. The best thing the CS rep could say was that I should take my phone to a local AT&T store for more help. Sigh. So I did. And in less than sixty seconds I learned why I hate cell retailers. Like the worst car sales people, all they want are the new sales. Anything else gets in the way and to be fair, that’s not the system they created. AT&T created that system but, humans still inhabit it and could transcend it if they had desire. So, no help at the AT&T, the staff there sent me over to the Apple store. Like I said, no one likes their cell phone service provider and, in the vast majority of cases, we’re all abused. It’s somewhat akin to finding the nicest pimp. The pimp who won’t pistol whip us for buying the wrong text or date package. AT&T retail stores, and this one in Park City in particular, stink. And that comes, to everyone, as exactly no surprise whatsoever.
