Still stand by what I posted a year ago. Front off staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. It took me 20 mins of redialing just to get someone to answer the phone just to put me on hold for another 20 mins! This is ridiculous!!!

Dr gaw himself is amazing but the front desk is awful. Been calling since 8:30 on the dot can’t reach anyone, I’m getting their after hours message… Phone is off the hook from 8:35 — 11:45 finally someone picks up «can you hold» held for 4 minutes and got hung up on seriously so annoyed right now. It’s like this 70% of the time I call too.

Dr gaw is amazing. I recommend him to everyone. But I have to agree with some of the other reviews his front office is rude. And his office could be nicer very run down.

Dr Gaw is AWESOME!!! Came today for my son’s appointment. Got in and out pretty quick. Dr Gaw always takes the time to answer all question that I have. He is very nice and friendly.

We always get right in and out here very quickly. He is a very thorough dr and doesn’t just write a slew of prescriptions, he only gives what necessary. He is very good with my daughter. Very nice guy.

Dr. Gaw is a great pediatrician!!! He’s been my son’s doctor since I moved to the AV and he’s really good. His office isn’t fancy but to me that’s not what matters, a good doctor is what matters. His office staff is nice and it’s pretty easy to get them in the schedule if your child is really ill. My insurance changed but I made sure to keep him as his pediatrician for sure :)

Dr.‘s don’t get any better then Dr Gaw! he was wonderful! He is currently seeing my newborn but soon I will be bringing my 9 year old as well! Dr gaw gives you a chance at speaking and answering questions unlike other Dr. s! thanks Dr Gaw and staff!

Dr. Gaw is a wonderful Pediatrician. I would recommend him to all my friend and family. Dr. Gaw has givin my 3 children care since they were born, and never had any problems. My children love Dr. Gaw they look forward to seeing him when there sick.

Dr. Gaw is an outstanding pediatrician surrounded by his friendly staff. I find Dr. Gaw highly knowledgeable and detail oriented. He answers your questions in a very patient manner unlike many other doctors I have met. As a mother of three, my kids are very comfortable with him and his expertise!
