Located in Lancaster, California, CENTURY 21 Doug Anderson & Associates, Inc, has actively served the Antelope Valley community and its neighboring cities since 1973. The need for a separate property management department became evident over 30 years ago with the rapid population growth. Today, the property management division employs several full-​time staff who are responsible for more than 500 single family homes, condos, town homes and apartment complexes.

I have a property that’s being managed by C21 of Lancaster since 2009. As a property owner, I have not seen the property for seven years. The reason I have not needed to visit the property only because of this amazing company that’s managing this property. I am always out on business travel both within the U.S. and International. They always managed to find me somehow no matter what part of the world I am to let me know what things that needs to be fixed and how much does it cost. I do know this team manages thousands of properties. If they are that bad, there should be much more than few bad reviews. Unfortunately, only the bad hit the worldwide web and not the good this company is providing. I am here to say, hiring them is one of the best things that I have done. I have not had one complaint from any of the tenants due to maintenance issues, only because they are on top to find the owner to take care of them.

These guys were so helpful to my wife and I over the years. We bought our first couple of rental houses in Lancaster and they were instrumental in making the process of finding quality renters a painless process. They also helped manage repairs, renovations and even selling the properties.

I have used this company for the past 12 years. We have been at two different properties.
Their staff has gone above and beyond for us. All repairs were done extremely fast. Our home flooded on Christmas Day while we were out of town, and they had vendors on the property that night taking care of water.
The gardening service has been excellent, and they have made sure that our sprinkler systems have been in compliance with the current water drought.
Maintenance inspections are done to make sure everything is working and being cared for.
It is easy for renters to pay their rent via the online system they have in place.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent their property, or have peace of mind in what they are renting.
The management is professional, courteous, quick, and have years of experience in their field. You are in good hands with Century 21 Property Management.

I’m not familiar with this area, but Doug Anderson Property Management made it extremely easy to trust their knowledge and provided thorough answers to all my questions. The staff made the application process easy and provided pertinent information, such as school district facts and crime levels in the area. I felt it was a one-​place stop for relevant information. The staff really knows what they’re doing and have great interpersonal skills. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation!

Its been almost 9 months since I moved out of the dump I was renting, now, instead of repairing the house, that was never fit for humans to live in, they put it up for sale. Slum lords. BEWARE!

i was approved for a home, first they said the rent was $ 1200. monthly then they changed it to $ 1225., then when i go there, they raised the deposit from$ 1200. to $ 1800. they said the water was included, but when i got there they said it was not.
do not rent from century 21 doug anderson, the old lady i spoke to on the second floor was very rude.
i felt nothing was wrong, so i never return to give them any money i’m glad i never rented a home through them
don’t rent a home fromthem.

Same story as above… We rented a house in Quartz Hill. When we moved in they took 100 off our first rent if we moved in without the house being cleaned by a maid service. Our deposit was 1600 we only got 300 back. We had the carpet washed everything cleaned. My mom came over and helped us clean and get all the trash out since we wanted to use the deposit money for our new house… The receipt slip said «charge for washing the blinds» and «charge for cob webs» «charge for cleaning base boards»
They charge the families moving out like 1000 for cleaning and never actually do it… then they take $ 100 off the rent for the new renters so they keep the additional money as profit ;) very smart but sucky for the people who are expecting their deposit back

We are owners as well as renters. We are very clean people and we took care of the house we rented from C21 Doug Anderson Property Management like it was our own. Before moving out, we had the house professionally cleaned, including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. All carpets were steam cleaned professionally.
$ 300 was taken out of our deposit because the windows were not clean outside. When we first moved in the windows were dirty and had dried mud on the bottom of the screens. We returned the house better than when we first moved in and windows were cleaner than when we got the house.
We were great tenants, never gave any problems, took care of house well.
