Established in 2009.

In 2015 The Law Offices of Wendy Chan joined with Attorney Rebecca Cheuvront to form Chan, Cheuvront and Associates. CCA continues to provide its clients with passionate and confident representation throughout Lancaster County.

Business Owner

Wendy graduated from Pace University cum laude with a B.A. in History and Minor in Philosophy in 1998 and obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2001. In addition to her law practice, Wendy has also been an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where she taught Paralegal Studies courses such as Legal Research & Writing and Ethics.

Wendy believes that community service is a moral obligation that should be fulfilled by all. In addition to being an active member of the Women’s Republican Club of Lancaster County where she has served as Second Vice President, she also volunteers her time at Sacred Heart School of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, and Wills for Heroes. Wendy also routinely accepts pro bono cases referred to her by MidPenn Legal Services. In the past, she has also volunteered with the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the YWCA.
