Service was too slow. Server attempted to memorize our order for a 5 top and during the order process grabbed a napkin ring and started writing the order down. Not what you get at most Chili’s, service or attitude. Brinker International should do secret shopping at this location to figure out why this location doesn’t even have 2 stars on Unilocal

Been awhile since I’ve been to this Chili’s and I’m sad to say the service has not changed. It’s still SUCKS. Sitting at the bar and we can’t get the bartender to even check on us. I wanted to order some food, but at this point it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen, let alone a second drink for either of us. I even heard her ASK another patron for a tip. Avoid this Chili’s if you can.

Order by phone since I hnought it would be a quick and easy pick up… I was so wrong. It’s raining and I get there and no parking! Run in the rain and run back in the rain and get home soaked and my order was wrong! I want white spinach queso dip and I got potato soup! Called talked to Alan who didn’t even care what my problem is … I mentioned that he has young kids that are new and that he needed to spot check their work! He said bring back… Are you kidding me … Never will I go back to the place to eat !!

Smoking allowed in the establishment is a huge negative for me. I went here with my family on the way out of town and was very disappointed. As many other reviews state this location is really lacking in proper management and nothing is worse than having a little one with asthma eat near someone smoking.

From the moment we walked in, you could just tell it was unorganized. When we finally got sat, they sat us at a table that hadn’t been wiped down. And as I waited for my server and food, I noticed that was a norm. Additionally, instead busing empty tables, they just added all the cups, plates, etc to an empty table, ANDNEVERCLEAREDIT! The host/hostess obviously don’t know what they’re doing, as they kept double and triple seating our server. The ONLY«good thing» was out server. Despite being sat so many times, she still was as attentive as she could’ve been.

WORSECUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! From the moment I walked through the door, the«greeter» was RUDE. Assisted a customer that came in after me without ever acknowledging me! Then took my order double checked and told me it would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later after watching the waitress dropping and low and just do way too much for this to be a professional location. I finally received my order and what do you know… It was all WRONG! But the worse part is the greeter began to yell telling me that it was correct! At that point am done and requested a manager… Someone came rudely asked me what’s the problem, when I requested my money back they told me they’d have it right to me… Only to send another person out of finally began refunding me, only pausing twice to assist other people… Yeah, never again can they ever receive any of my coins.

It has been a few months since we last frequented this location. It will be the last time too. The quality of food, delivery time on meals was aweful. By the time our food arrived(approx. 25 minutes), it was cold. Then we had to wait to flag down the waitstaff to ask them to return it. She actually asked us if we wanted the kitchen to remake it or heat it up in the microwave! REALLY… REMAKEIT!!! We still didn’t have the new food by the time our dinner guests were ready to leave. So asked them to box it to go… took another 15 minutes to get it after that! This was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not even half full. So being busy was not an issue. And the manager would not even come to the table to address the issues. Just stayed in the kitchen and our waitstaff had to take care of it. Think twice before you decide to eat here unless you have a long time to wait and don’t mind cold food!!!

My expectations for a meal at Chili’s aren’t high. I simply want decent food/drink, attentive service and a welcome environment. Most of all, I expect the restaurant to be clean. For the most part, my meal here met that low bar. However, they couldn’t get the clean part right. From the wet seat, to the dirty water glass, to the dirty silverware, it was ridiculous and made me wonder just how sanitary my food was. In fairness, the GM was very apologetic and worked hard to make things right. He genuinely wanted us to have a great experience, and I appreciated that. However, he needs to write up his dishwashers because that was an awful effort — one that makes me strongly consider never returning despite the small number of dining options in DeSoto/Lancaster. Again, the GM and waiter did a fine job. The back of house staff screwed up my visit.

I usually never review big brand company’s like this but I had to do this place. This place has really bad service. They do not employ enough people for the amount of service they receive. Drinks take forever, food takes forever. The managers run around like chickens with their heads cut off just as the regular employees do. Because there are not enough staff, our table(and the empty tables around us) was dirty and stayed that way until someone was seated there. Our waiter was actually really nice and tried to get our orders and drinks as quickly as possible but it all fell short. There is not enough staff to have this place clean and running efficiently. Mind you, I came on a Tuesday night which isn’t a busy day or time. Although I know my review will not matter in the larger scheme of this company, I do recommend not coming to this Chilis location.

Yeah. There is a reason their score is not that great. We ordered a take out order on Friday 12⁄5. The order was prepared extremely fast, but I waited at the counter for 5 full minutes while the 2 bar tenders looked at me a few times calling for no one. Then, from where the take out order counter was, I could see straight into the kitchen and a couple waitresses looked right at me and still no one greeted me or called for anyone. The food was alright for take out though. I’m sure dining in, it is much better in terms of quality as I am use to at other locations but I would beware of the service. Not everyone is poor I’m sure.

Went to this location to meet up with a friend I hadn’t seen in years. I was super excited about it so even if the service was average, I would’ve thought it was fantastic by proxy. So I find myself ordering combo fajitas. Now, a couple days before, I had PRIMO fajitas from Chuy’s so I knew Chili’s wouldn’t compare, but I figured they’d be okay. However! I received a cast iron plate of what looked like wolf meat! Lukewarm, grey, scary looking strips of flesh. Was this a secret menu item? Was Little Red Riding Hood trying to get rid of evidence? Was there a Twilight fight in the kitchen and Team Sparkles won? The hell if I know. Now I’m not one to send food back. That’s just asking for extra stuff in your plate you never wanted in the first place. However, I considered talking to the manager regarding a refund. Until I saw that she was rocking a blonde Mohawk and didn’t seem the least bit interested in what was going on in her restaurant. Now, in her defense, if I worked at a Chili’s that was just a front for organized crime to dispose of bodies by labeling them as «fajita meat», I’d turn the other way too. Called corporate, told them what happened, got some gift certificates. By the way, by friend ordered enchiladas and said they were okay. So, there you go.

My son and I stopped in after arriving in Dallas headed back to Killeen. After we were sat, the server ignored us, I asked the hostess if we had a server. The hostess sent someone to serve our table. She took our drink order and food order(after waiting over 10 mins, you know what you want). She returned multiple times to every table she was serving but ignored my son and I. We never got our drinks. We ended up moving into the bar area booths and the bartender served us after I explained what happened. The service is horrible and the first server was rude. I believe they are under staffed and only 3 people seem to be working the front and a hostess. Will not return. Our food has taken over an hour to receive and not one drink refill.

This was the worse experience ever. The server was very friendly. But the whole ordering process was horrible. We received our room temperature sweet potato fries. An hour later we had to alert the server that it’s been an hour and our meals still haven’t arrived and our glasses were empty. Finally our food arrived the orders were incorrect. Then it took two attempts for my order to finally get corrected. Then after asking for the manager Wes twice he finally arrived not apologetic at ALL. But was full of excuses and had the nerve to go back and forth. But later says I’ll take care of the appetizers. Then I noticed my son didn’t eat all his chicken crispers and to our surprise they weren’t all the way cook. But Wes was quick to say it was probably the dough or sit in grease. Point of it all this is one of the worse Chills and my family will not be dining here again.

Everything in the hood is «hood» ok, this isn’t the hood, but the svc is… the«to go» svc is a JOKE! Just call it «the wait 20+ minutes, but I should have just got served in the restaurant svc» — the absolute WORST! They work this little girl in Togo like no other(she’s very professional & pleasant) which is why I do not take my agitation out on her. Veeeery slow. Patronize at your own patience level.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in forever, and I really don’t like the chain in general. How can people seriously eat this kind of fatty high calorie food? I came to this one because my family wanted to eat here for some reason. The service here is atrociously slow. It takes forever to get drinks, forever to get food, forever to get refills. My little sister ordered some shrimp tacos and they were disgusting. Fake and plastic textured shrimp covered in spices to mask their quality. I know some people here like to get the chicken crispers as well and I have no idea why practically battered fat is appealing. My mom’s mango tilapia wasn’t half bad though sans rice pilaf. Not worth the price though for one fillet and a half cup of broccoli!
