Took a trip to NYC on a Conestoga bus. Overall very pleased:
1. Very clean floor, seats, bathroom.
2. Driver was knowledgable and communicated clearly with us about the where and when of pickup. He even had a specific memory trick to help everyone remember where to meet.
3. We got there and home in one piece.
The only criticism I have is that the window of time at the rest stops is very short for as busy as that particular rest stop happens to be.

Won’t ever book a tour with these guys again. Wife had an emergency and ended up in the hospital. They charged us 70 bucks and wouldn’t let us apply it to another trip. Expensive lesson from a heartless company.
