I like the concept and I like the food options but skimping on the meat will be the death of this place.
I have recommended this place to several people and got the same feedback. They complain about not having enough meat on their’s wraps and sandwiches for the prices they charge

Nice addition to the local scene. Admittedly I’ve never eaten an actual meal there although they do offer wraps, salads, etc. When I go there it’s for one reason only: icecream! Icecream is good… all hand dipped, not a soft-​serve machine in sight. Portions are HUGE. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten more than a scoop and that has left me satisfied. Personal favorites are the Key Lime Pie and Cinnamon Crumb Cake both of which I have a hard time venturing away from. Cute little shop and a chance to support small business-​all in all you really can’t go wrong.

Perhaps the only local community without a Graeter’s franchise, Canal has long lacked a real-​deal ice cream shop. So Cool Cravings, despite its sorta-​silly name, is a welcome addition to the local scene.
Their selection is more varied than the average treats-​only shop. Wraps, salads, cheesecake and of course ice cream all find their way onto the menu.
The proprietors refuse to take the easy way out (soft serve) and offer customers hand-​dipped ice cream in a range of flavors. No new ground is broken. It’s your standard 31 Flavors, UDF kind of selection.
The helpings, though, are hefty. I couldn’t finish the mammoth banana split I tried.
I still long for Graeter’s, but Cool Cravings will do in a pinch.
