We spent a wonderful evening recently at Culton Organic for the«Outstanding in the Field» dinner with Philly Chef Nicholas Elmi(winner of TV’s Top Chef season 11, and owner/chef of Laurel on East Passyunk in Philly). Tom Culton was a delightful and quirky host, and the event was very well run(obviously not just due to the host, but also the Outstanding in the Field group that puts these dinners on at farms all over the country, as well as Chef Nick). Much of the food we enjoyed was grown on the farm, or at nearby farms. My photos should give you a good idea what the farm is like. I believe this was the second event that OITF has held at Culton Organic.
