CVS Pharmacy

I called to re-​order a prescription and ask about Replesta. The person on the phone told me that they did not keep Replesta on the shelf but they could order it. I wanted to order it right then, but they told me that when I come into the store to get my prescription, they could order it then!!! So now I have to make two trips. I do not think so. I will continue ordering thru the Medicine Shoppe in Columbia. Way better customer service.

Just had the rudest lady ring me up. Couldn’t seem to tell me what the CVS card does without insulting me. Thanks for the awful customer service!

The pharmacy always shorts me on liquid medication. Every single time. Called to discuss this and the fact that’s they shorted my daughter 3 whole days/​9 doses of her medicine. They did everything to deflect blame from themselves… The doctor has called in the wrong Rx amount (every. Single. Time.), I am not measuring the medicine correctly and I shlould only use their measuring devices (i do) and the excuse that really pissed me off was that I was purposely overdosing my 2 year old and that was why the medication isn’t lasting as long as it should. They offered me a gift card for my troubles. I have spent my last dime there. Don’t you dare accuse me of deliberately trying to harm my children!!! This is the last time I use this pharmacy!!!

Pharmacy is extremely disorganized! Dr calls in script and it is never ready till hours later! This has happened a few times, i don’t mind waiting for it, but hours

DECOR: Its a pretty modern store and well organized. Ive seen some CVS stores and similar stores with junk all over the floor. At this writing halloween is just around the corner, so there is all kinds of plastic junk for sale. You know, plastic skeletons, plastic pumpkins.etc.
SERVICE: There was one register open out of about 8. Ive never understood why they install them if they never intend to use them. Anyway, the 1 girl was pretty friendly and quick.
WARES: Theyve got junk food (its my drug of choice), real drugs from the pharmacy, toys and all sorts of other junk you probably would regret buying. Like I said in my other CVS review. If you see a pan set for 5 $, expect to get out of it what you paid. CVS is not about high quality.

All in all, not a bad store in not a bad location.
