First Class Cakes is the Antelope Valley’s premier custom cake and cupcake destination. We are proud to be known for providing the best tasting cakes in Southern California. We have won several awards including being voted one of the best out of 100,000 cake makers nationwide! We are open six days a week located ten minutes from the Antelope Valley Mall in Acton, Ca.
Our beautiful award winning bakery offers assorted freshly baked bread, pies, cheesecakes, tarts, gourmet cupcakes, brownies, cookies, cannolis and desserts on a walk in basis. We bake all of our delicious bakery items daily in our local on-site kitchen. We start with fresh ingredients, using only the finest ingredients such as fresh fruits, zests, sweet cream butter, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and Belgium Chocolates. We have over 100 different bakery items on our menu, as well as our beautiful custom cakes.
History
Established in 1985.
Brenda has been making delicious cakes in the Antelope Valley for more than 20 years. She started making cakes with her parents at the age of 15 in their family owned restaurant, the Swedish Kitchen. She enjoys creating each cake with her customers, who consistently say:
