They installed my pool 15 yrs ago their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. they constantly stiff on appointments, they never ever return calls they are the WORST expect nothing but the worst service ever I believe they are short handed on workers all the time there is no such thing as a schedule!!! dont blame the workers blame the owners because they know exactly what they’re doing to cheap out !!! Greed they got one star because I couldn’t give less

The woman who answered the phone wouldn’t even put me through to someone who might be able to help me with my pool problem. We had difficulties with them when they put in the pool several years ago and now they won’t even give me the time of day. They won’t be getting my business ever again.

DO NOT USE THEM! They have the worst service department I have ever dealt with. We called multiple times to even get someone to our house. We requested specs on the pool and they were never sent.
I gave them 1 star because you are not able to give 0. Terrible…

After using Colley’s for a number of years to open our inground pool, we tried Majestic Pools & Spas. The technician that arrived was pleasant but after he left it was obvious he didn’t know how to open our particular pool. We had multiple plugs still left in along the wall and drains, and staiway jets were improperly installed.
I called to complain and I was told, «We understand and we will take care of it.» Four months later, we receive a bill showing late changes. I call again and explain what happened. Again I was told, ««We understand and we will take care of it.» Unfortunately, now three months later — they have turned us over to collections. In total, that makes one bill and two phone calls only to be lied to that they would take care of it — and then drop it into collections. Great! So much for a company standing behind the services they provide. Now I get to spend my time and credit rating fighting it.
At the time of this writing, the BBB shows that they have had 18 complaints logged against them. I should have been wiser to check there or another online service before using them.
For all the other «unaware» — beware and stay away!
