His practice is fantastic. Dr. Creisher and his team have been excellent with our children. Thanks to Dr. Creisher and his team they are no longer scared of dental visits.

Really great dental practice. I switched from my old dentist to go to Dr. Creisher and don’t regret it. He really knows how to treat his patients. I feel very welcome every time I’m here.

I have just moved to Philadelphia and I will miss this dentist and his employees tremendously! I have been a patient at this practice for as long as Dr Creisher has been a dentist here, and that is many years now. Dr Creisher is gentle, reassuring, has a great sense of humor, and really knows his profession. His skills are amazing and I will miss him and his staff of dedicated and competent ladies. It doesn’t get better than this and I am not sure that the new dentist, I have to transfer to will be in the same league.

This is the premier dentist in Lancaster! Regular cleanings to crowns and implants, you can trust this man and his techs. Kind, funny, and affordable — just like you would hope. Latest equipment, great office team, and no lies. I was referred by other people who had some terrible experiences elsewhere. I had had some terrible experiences elsewhere and my wife and mother too. We are all happy and feel taken care of by Dr. Scott Creisher. When he feels you need to see a specialist, he tells you and refers you. That’s the way it should be.

i had my third visit to this dentist earlier today. i wanted to wait until i had been to the office a few times to write a review, just in case i ran into a hiccup — but nope, IMO, these folks deserve no less than 5 stars. the office is clean and spacious, and everyone who works there has been very friendly to me. Dr. Creisher himself, though you’re likelier to work with his staff than him unless you’re getting an extraction or filling, is great — very personable and friendly. he has an excellent bedside manner that lulls you into feeling like you’re with a friend or having a nice chat with someone you’re in line at the grocery store with, rather than a very nice man who’s about to go digging about in your mouth with an array of scary looking metal objects. he has a very quirky sense of humor(i made a robin hood: men in tights chastity belt reference in his presence once — he not only understood it, but laughed) and is incredibly easy to get along with. he even let me take my wisdom tooth home after an extraction — that sucker had given me so much trouble that i wanted to bring its corpse home with me as a show of my triumph over it, and he didn’t bat an eyelash when i asked to take it home. i think he might have a touch of the ADD, but it does NOT negatively impact his work in any way — he is steady-handed, calm, and knows what he is doing. i was very nervous about my wisdom tooth extraction, but he made it virtually painless for me. today, i had the least painful dental cleaning of my life with a hygienist by the name of Tiffany. she was also very friendly and high-energy, with a quirky sense of humor and a personable demeanor. i’m somewhat self-conscious about my mouth, as it’s not in the best shape, but she made me feel right at ease — and even complimented me on the health and strength of my gums, a testament to the proper oral hygiene which i so grievously neglected to attend to as a child, but now keep up with quite devotedly. some of the staff are more subdued than Tiffany and Dr. Creisher, both of whom are very high-energy and engage in conversation so interesting it’s hard NOT to respond even though you have sharp tools in your mouth at the moment, but i’ve dealt with about half a dozen of the staff and they’ve been nothing but friendly to me. for me, this place is seriously a diamond in the rough. i am a weirdo who was raised by weirdos, and am currently raising a little weirdo of my own. most of the time, during my personal time, i feel totally«in my element.» therefore, dealing with new /strange /«normal» people can be nerve-wracking for me, because i am always worried about keeping my filters in place or saying the«wrong» thing. these folks are nice enough that more straitlaced, conventional types will still be satisfied by the excellent customer service & highly professional, impeccably skilled dental work; but weirdos like me will find this place a safe haven, to be sure. i will also note that i do not have insurance and am thus a cash paying customer. they do offer a 5% discount to uninsured customers. at any rate, i can’t recommend this place highly enough. the office is clean and spacious; the customer service is high quality; and the dental work itself is flawless — and i say this as someone who has serious anxiety about going to the dentist. believe it or not, i actually look forward to my appointments there… heck, i can hardly believe it. they all seem like very cool people, and even the more«straitlaced» folks there are friendly and kind. located where it is, it should be relatively convenient to a lot of people, both on the west end and in the city.
