The Swansons’ are amazing and truly offer the best customer service out there. We have gone through many companies here in the valley, but have been very satisfied for the past 10 years or so with their service. They service our primary home, our rental properties and even our commercial properties. We wouldn’t think to use anyone else!

The no call no show review I posted ended up being an error on their side and they wanted to come later in the day however I was already at work. Carl apologized and we set up a appointment this morning. He showed up promptly, was very professional and took care if me. Thanks Carl.

I’m now going into my Third year with Swanson Pest Control and I couldn’t be happier with them. They are excellent both in person and on the phone. Since I’ve had them, I’ve had no problem with spiders, roaches, ants or worms. The wasps that we once a huge concern about mine are also no longer coming around.
I originally started with a once every two month service, and when I had no bug problem and money was tight I suspended my service for a few months… then I started see the roaches or water bugs outside by my pool. There were black widows showing up around my garage and trash area… It took one of those critters for me to call them the next day. I decided to go with their monthly service this time at a rate of $ 50 a month. They actually suggested every other month service for $ 65, but I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t see bugs, they give me the creeps.
In 2012, sometime after we had started the service, I had them spray in the house. We had a few house spiders and I was concerned about the new house having other things lurking. I spoke with my Swanson today about spraying again, 01÷16÷15, though there is no creatures in the house, he said its really not necessary since I have my dogs, unless I really wanted to. He never tries to up sell me, and he’s always cleaning the spider webs from my entry way and patio area.
I truly recommend them. You won’t find a better pest control company. Also, like most of the other reviews said, it’s family owned, so you speak to the same people every time, not like some other company’s. When I tell him my address, he even remembers my white boxer, who likes to keep an eye on him while hes spraying. :D

Awesome. I learned about Swanson from a friend who uses them. We had tried a different family owned business last year and were disappointed so we wanted to give these guys a shot. Carl didn’t try to talk us into a contract which the bigger companies always do– although he gave us the option of monthly or every other month service (can’t remember which it was but we opted for just a one-​time service). He said it was guaranteed for 30 days. Well it’s already been over a month and I can say I am thoroughly satisfied! We had the usual desert problem– ants– and they were gone immediately after spraying. Carl is also a very pleasant person to work with so we will definitely call on him again once we see bugs again!

Carl is great and has been spraying my house for a few years. He takes the time to do the entire home and even removed some spider webs I had on the exterior by my front door. Price is a little higher than most but worth it for their services.

I have a duplex that had terrible roach infestation. I had a one year contract with another pest company and it was a complete waste. I called Swanson Pest Control for a consultation and not only did they explain to me how they would solve the problem but what products would be used and how they would work.
After the second appointment, my tenants stated that the roachs were gone. This company is the absolute best in what they do and in customer service.

There’s something to be said about the level of customer service that you get from a true, family owned and run business.
Mr Swanson, his wife and his son are the owners and proprietors of this company and their dedication to their clientele and what they do is to be commended.
My husband and I live in the desert, we get bugs and critters around (not IN) the house… it’s inevitable. Black widow spiders, crickets, American roaches, pocket gophers, snakes… all of it. ICK. Mr Swanson will take care of ALLLLL of them.
Both of my aunts and uncles use Mr Swanson and have for years. When we moved here, they immediately recommended him and said «you’re gonna need him, trust me.»
So… call up Swanson Pest Control. His WIFE answers the phone, coordinates appointment times and does the bookkeeping. Mr Swanson HIMSELF comes to do the spraying and the entertaining. This guy is HILARIOUS and he knows just about EVERYTHING there is to know about creepy-​crawly things.
He even brings cookies for the dogs… an automatic (almost) 4 star rating in my books… his rates are MORE than reasonable and competitive, they’re fair and affordable.
Very thorough, quick. comes every two months and sprays the outside of the house and the garage to keep the bugs away. It works. Even in the dog run, where there is a lot of «activity» we noticed a significant decrease in the number of flies.
I’m proud to support a local family business, and this one is as good as they come!
