I love Taco Bell but I have never waited so long in my life. It took over half an hour to get through the line. Whoever is running this store has to know their time management is awful. We sat and watched the workers stand around while waiting on the food instead of getting things prepared for the other 7 cars behind us. If there is no one running the store and giving order their probably should be especially on a weekend at night. I’ve come to this store on a few different occasions at different times thinking it would be better and it has always been this way. If there aren’t enough employees; hire more and schedule better. The fact that cars end up lined up around the store is insane to me! It would be nice to see another store put somewhere in this area to help with the demand. I do have to add that the employees are always very friendly even with the wait. I completely think they need more help at this location!

I love going to taco bell. But I have to say this taco bell is the slowest taco bell in the county. Takes forever to get our food at dinner time. Our food took 50 min… At a fast food restaurant!!! Also when I played for my order I received 3 dollars in quarters… Seriously. The soda fountain was messy. I would suggest going to a different location.

I’ll admit I’m a bit shocked at the generally poor reviews for this Taco Bell. I’ve been to a variety of Taco Bells both locally and out of state, and this Columbia Avenue location is my favorite. I frequent here Sunday afternoons following church, and the service and courtesy from the staff here are better than other fast food restaurants. I’m always served with a smile, so the lengthy queue during rush hours is worth the wait. Expect to see me here in the future as I work towards trying every menu item!

Terrible place for terrible food. I was stuck in the drive through line for a half hour. The menu can’t even be read from your vehicle and is layed out so terribly you can’t even decipher what they have. Will not go this or any of their locations again.

Seriously? 30 minute wait at drive through. are you kidding me? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Management, get your act together!

I’ve been to this Taco Bell location 4 times in 3 years. Each time, I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I now avoid this location like the plauge.

Terrible service, the workers are useless and don’t care about their jobs. The food is mediocre and the atmosphere is very dry and crappy. We were also informed of a CO2 leak and were forced to leave the premises, this wouldn’t be a issue if they weren’t closed down yesterday due to the same problem.

Question what it is that you are ordering. Many unidentifiable meat products and many questionable fillers in your taco or burrito. Has a long way to go to be recognized as a fair or adequate restaurant. Think hard before you throw away your money.

I don’t recommend this place for anybody. After speaking to the district manager more than once, I’ve found that their orders are still wrong, condiments don’t exist in the drive-through, and worst of all it just isn’t Mexican. The prices as posted do not apply at the counter or window. I showed them my receipt recently, which showed a higher total than the price as posted. They shrugged and said that was the price(not as posted, but whatever they decide to charge at the register). At best this is stoner food late at night, and it leaves you with a long, uncomfortable day ahead if you eat there. If you want Mexican food in Lancaster, try El Pueblito(on Dillerville Rd. near the Waffle House) or Cocina Mexicana on Prince St.(next to the Hager parking lot). Or take a drive down toward Delaware, where the mushroom farms have brought in Mexican labor and the restaurants that go along with it.

I am raising them to three stars. The last couple times I have went in there they have had everything that I wanted and got my food quite quickly

Well for someone who hasn’t eaten here in many years, I was actually a bit more cautious eating here again after my bad experience at the location in Willow Street that took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. But honestly, I think I came at the right time. Why? Between 2 and 5PM, they have a Happier Hour special in which you can get a Medium Soda or a Loaded Griller for $ 1. So with the nachos I got with my Spicy Chicken Griller, it only cost me $ 3.17, so very cheap late lunch. Its been such a long time since I’ve eaten here as I never liked stuff with peppers, lettuce or onions on them(I will eat Onion Rings, but everything else can go) so I don’t get too much in terms of stuff here. The inside has drastically changed since I’ve been in this one last. And it only took like 3 minutes to get my food, even though I can still taste the spicy chicken in my mouth(bit too spicy maybe?) But if you need a cheap lunch, come here and get a stuffed griller for a buck. Can’t beat that. I don’t do drive thru, ain’t got time for that! I just ate it there!

As far as Taco Bell goes it was what I would expect from Taco Bell food BUT I must say on this trip the staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. We were finishing up our repast and someone came by and asked if they could take our tray and cleaned up for us. Nice.

This is taco bell, do you expect great things? Overall, it has been remodeled, the new paint probably hides all of the existing stains, but appears pretty clean.

This location has a drive through which is always very crowded. My experiences there have been fair. The service is usually slower since the drive through is slammed 24/7, but the food is OK. I wouldn’t pick this location if you have a short lunch break.

It’s Taco Bell. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes, when I have the munchies, it’s amazing.

Hit this ‘Bell again twice last week, and starting to think they don’t care anymore. We had tickets to a concert on Thursday and stopped in with some friends to eat quick. My vegetarian friend ordered 2 bean and rice burritos — instead he got rice and ground beef! What? How do you screw THAT up? Then again the other day because we didn’t feel like cooking, and it’s only a couple of miles from our house. Ugh — we should have cooked. I did the drive through to bring the food home, and when I got back realized they had shorted our order by 2 items and made 2 other items wrong. Seriously, no wonder their menu is more expensive than other locations — they keep having to give away double the food because they get it wrong the first time! At least they did this, so I won’t give them one star. And clearly I’m too much of a taco fiend to boycott them. But I’ll be paying closer attention in the future!

Full of idiots who half the time don’t answer the drive thru and half the time can’t take credit cards. Drinks watered down when the fountains work at all. Thugs frequent the dining room.

Oh my god. this is the worst food Ive ever had. You forget just how bad it is until you go around trying food for the Unilocal of it. — — — FOOD: I got a bean and cheese burrito and some cheese nachos. Seriously, you can buy stuff out of the grocery store freezer thats better. The cheese in my burrito wasnt even melted! I couldnt even finish my meal, thats how tasteless it is. DECOR: Its a fast food chain. Plastic tables, a soda fountain, a counter to order from. and the front door is locked. You have to go in thru the side. SERVICE: Good. Actually Ive never gotten my food so fast(and cheap). But that comes with a price. Fast does not equal good, and the faster it comes, the worse it is. The cleanliness was a little on the lax side tho. Dirty tables and floors and such. — — — - FINALTHOUGHTS: Avoid taco bell. Its just eww. In thinking about it, Mr. Bell(yeah, it was a real person) probably spins in his grave when he hears what Yum brands and Kraft foods have done to his restaurant. What a collaboration those two are! Two companies that have no real food anywhere near them.
