I will not be returning. My friend (who has been a loyal customer) and I made appointments to have pedicures on her 30^th birthday. I had bought her a gift card since I know this *was* her favorite nail salon. This place is overpriced so I settled for an express pedi for $ 25 when other salons charge that (or a few dollars more) for a standard pedi which includes much more. The icing on the cake was when we went to pay. My friend wanted to use her birthday discount coupon with the gift card I had bought her, and they wouldn’t allow it! The woman said the computer only allows one or the other… um, hello! Gift cards are same as cash!!! It’s not like she was trying to use two offers/​discounts (which I would have understood.) If I had known that, I would have just treated my friend without giving her a gift card, or better yet treated her somewhere else! I didn’t press the issue because I assumed it was just a worker and didn’t know how to enter it, but when we left my friend said she was the owner!!! So ridiculous! It’s not that it was a big deal saving a few dollars with the coupon, it was just the point of bad business and unprofessional.

Went In today for my first time since this was next to my work. Asked for a full set of acrylic, longer than my natural nail. My nails were done by Shirley and I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She insisted that she could do it without extensions, using my natural nail, so I trusted her because she kept insisting. The end result wasn’t even CLOSE to the picture I had showed her. But the end result was still nice and I can live with it. I’ll probably ask for a different nail technician next time. Overall friendly staff and a clean, relaxing environment.

This is my second time coming here and I love it!!! When you walk in you are greeted by Austin with a friendly smile and who is so nice. The atmosphere is very nice. The shop is very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this place!

Tran is my favorite place to get my nails done! Super friendly and clean environment. Very fair pricing. Quality is superb. They have a 7 day nail guarantee which I never heard of before. Got a chip in my gel polish after 5 days, went back, no questions asked, and it was redone for free. The first time you go they give you your own nail buffer and file, bring it back with you every time and you get 5% off. Love this so much because everywhere else I go they use dirty old files and buffers. Oh and they offer you tea or wine upon arrival. I highly recommend!

The atmosphere is nice, and they offer you an array of beverages, though the music is a bit depressing.
My first experience was a pedicure with Neatrice. It was probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. She cut my nails unhealthily short, and because of that, could not even file them straight. After expressing that I was a dancer and that my callouses are my biggest issue, she hardly even scrubbed them, and my feet were still rough after leaving. Also, my favorite part of the entire pedicure is usually the massage but the massage was only about a minute on each foot/​leg. As a customer, that does not meet my standards. I’m used to at least a ten minute massage, which has been average in my experience at any other salon.
The next service I received was a pink and white gel fill on my nails. Gina was my nail tech, and she was very sweet, but most definitely not experienced enough to be providing this service. I feel as if my previously beautiful nails were hacked up. It took her two hours, and her technique was not what I have seen before. She seemed to be just winging it. There are spots where my nail is completely exposed and not at all covered with white, the lines are uneven and they were filed unevenly as well. I went home and filed them myself, and then polished them to hide the sloppy fill job.
I was expecting a lot more from this place. The up-​scale atmosphere is highly misleading. I will not be returning. I would rather drive an hour and be completely satisfied then drive 20 minutes and walk out miserable. The prices do not match the quality of service.

Pamper, Pamper, Pamper. This is the place to spend the afternoon and relax. The super deluxe pedicure is heavenly with all it’s lotions and potions. My feet never felt smoother or sexier. Treat yourself to the facial, mini– massage, manicure and pedicure.
Clean modern and relaxing atmosphere transports all your troubles away. Starting with a glass of wine or hot coffee let Brandon and his crew of specialists spoil you.

A couple of weeks ago I had a «deluxe pedicure» here that I had booked under a «Facebook it deal». The good things about this salon are that it is clean, modern and the staff is very nice. With that said there are also some bad points to mention. Without the half off deals that they run the place would be pretty pricey for what you get. I will pay a bit extra for the nice atmosphere but I am not about to drop $ 50 plus tip every time I get a pedicure. After my pedicure when I actually looked at my toes the polish itself was done horribly! And the polish chipped and smudged for weeks! I’d recommend the place to pamper yourself occasionally but, would add that it is VERY overpriced.

This place is awesome! They are open until 8pm which is good for those of us who can’t get into a place before then. The staff is pleasant and courteous. They brought us tea and cookies! We also got heated neck rolls! We were tempted to order a pizza but didn’t want to push our luck. I had the regular pedicure and it was heavenly. Of course they have the magical massage chairs. Brandon, my stylist was the bomb. My friend had the next pedicure (deluxe?) which included a foot mask. It really was an overall fantastic experience.
