Nice facility. Clean, quiet, no problems had by myself nor heard or seen. Customer service was always very respectful and helpful. Auto-​billing smooth and no kinks! Discounted my rates in the months promised without me saying a word! I rented a climate-​controlled 10 X 10 storage unit from August 2015 through February 2016 and was back and forth many times throughout the months. They have a lift-​gate moving truck they allow you to use for up to 6 hours (free) to move your items into storage. That’s awesome! You can rent the truck for a nominal fee for up to 6 hrs (local move only) when you move out as well. Can’t beat the price! I shopped for storage facilities throughout the AV before picking Westside Storage. They were the best price in a good neighborhood and the facilities are kept in great condition. Above all, the customer service I experienced was outstanding! If the customer service had been poor, I would have paid more to go elsewhere. Price isn’t everything! Highly recommend this facility and if I ever need a storage unit again I will certainly go back to them.

Best storage in the AV. Conveniently close to the freeway. Access is 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm. Service staff are awesome.

I’m very happy with the storage units. I’m outside so I expect dust and dirt but today was a surprise for me. A small little mousey ran out. I didn’t scream just went well hello there. He didn’t get into a box but he checked out quite a few and left his .umm.little droppings around. Guess I’ll get some poison. or a trap. Hate to do it but I need to keep things safe in there. That’s why 4 stars. and only why.

I called in to get pricing & availability and found that not only did they have great prices, but their customer service was awesome. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. Not sure if you’re like me, but customer service is everything. If I am not treated right I would rather go somewhere else even if I have to pay more. You guys are doing a good job! Keep it up!
