Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, we have you covered and provide all equipment for non-​motorized water sports including fishing poles, canoes, paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. Bring your own boat or Jet Ski and dock it at the Lake House Guest Cottages of the Berkshires’ private boat launch.

Autumn on the Pontoosuc brings renowned Berkshire foliage, crisp fall days, and spectacular sunsets. And in the winter, cozy up next to your personal stone gas fireplace after an active day of ice fishing, cross-​country skiing, and snowshoeing. Established in 2015.

The Lake House — Guest Cottages Of The Berkshires features four beautiful cottages which can be rented out wholly or individually. All the cottages feature fully equipped kitchens with granite counter tops, gas fireplaces, warm wooden interiors, and astounding views. The cottages all include access to our boat slip where you can dock your own boat or a rental. Our four cottages include The Lake House Lodge (our largest unit), The Artists Cottage, The Writers Cottage, and The Dock Masters Cottage. In either one or all of our newly constructed cottages you, your family and your friends are sure to enjoy their stay at The Lake House!

Owner Eric Taylor described it as a «luxury boutique lakeside resort.» It is oriented to a mix of guests, including couples or families visiting the Berkshires, and business travelers. It is also designed to host weddings, reunions, small conferences and other gatherings.
