Are we going to the same Giant? My experience was awesome compared to others. The staff was nice and helpful. I shop late at night, while shelves are being stocked. A staff member actually apologized to me because he was working and I needed an item. Then at checkout, another staff member grabbed a cart for me to bring my groceries to the car. As I walked out, two more workers said goodnight to me. I work in customer service, people aren’t always easy to deal with and I don’t expect much in the middle of the night. Also everything I needed was in stock, store was clean, I’ll definitely return.

Worst customer service ever!!! Two diff trips, and I rarely go here. I absolutely HATE going to this place!!! Cashiers are rude and nasty if they find out you are feeding peanuts to squirrels — NONE of your business!!! And this older woman Tracy cashier refuses to work, three customers had to ask if she was open because she was too lazy to turn light on, and STILL didn’t put it on after EVERY three diff customers said «oh because u didn’t have Ure light on.» She pulled my cart out of the way to get by, knocked milk on floor, stepped over it and didn’t pick it up!!! They need to work on their attitudes and customer service!!! I’m convinced mgmt doesn’t care
