I was in the mood for sushi, and saw reviews on Unilocal for this place. It looked very similar to a place by my parents house, and the items on the menu sounded good. We made a reservation for a Saturday night but didn’t need one. It is a small place. Biggest downside was that the front door has a straight shot to the back of the restaurant, so every time the door opened the cold air went right back to me. Aside from that, it was a GREAT experience. 1000x better than Oishi. The green salad was yummy. My boyfriend got the love roll. I got two rolls, both with brown rice, and he got a chicken teryaki dish. It was all so good, and the service was great. I cannot wait to go back!

they have new waiter, young Chinese guy. i dont understand how management allows this. He has long nails and when he serves food his nails in the food. Makes you think if they allow this, what else is going on in food preparation. Disgusting.

This is one of the few restaurants in this area that offer delivery so one night I ordered. I have eaten in the restaurant before and it was an on ok experience with fresh sushi and is the only reason why I am giving it two stars and not one. The delivery left A LOT to be desired. I ordered a red dragon roll and it came with a few tiny slivers of avocado. It almost looked like someone had picked at it. Very disappointing.

The best sushi place I’ve been so far! Cute, amazingly delicious rolls, that look like a masterpiece on your plate, super polite and friendly hostess girl, nice atmosphere in house and super quick delivery(really, they promise to deliver in 45 – 60 minutes but actually deliver in 30 minutes). Also I found out it’s absolutely convenient to order delivery through Unilocal app, so I enjoyed this experience too. I’m satisfied and will recommend this place to anyone. P. S. The only thing I miss is «marinated daikon-eel-creamy cheese» roll which they don’t have but I used to enjoy in California. However here on East Coast I haven’t met this kind of roll so far

This place is awesome and totally affordable! The shrimp tempura dinner was $ 13 and came with 6 shrimp and several vegetables– so yummy! Highly recommend the Christmas roll as well, as it was super tasty and came with 10 pieces. IMHO it rivals oishi, and costs less.

I’m still shaking off the disbelief. This place really does have some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and in Langhorne no less! The crazy roll, the angry scallop roll, red dragon roll, and the sexy girl roll were my favorites. I was there with 14 of my family members, so I got to try a lot of other dishes I would not normally order when I can get sushi. Chicken fried rice– delicious and huge. Seafood dumplings– so good! The only thing I didn’t really care for was the fried calamari, but even that wasn’t awful, just not the best I’ve had. Totally making this one of my go-to spots when visiting friends and family in Bucks County!

The best sushi I have had in Pennsylvania or New Jersey! We found it, and have not gone anywhere else, because this place has lots of rolls that we enjoy. Every time we try some new sushi rolls, and every time we find something new we enjoy. I highly recommend this place! On top of delicious food, it has good service, nice ambiance, and easy parking. Note that this place is BYOB.

Last night was my first visit to Osaka… Not the city, but the place. This is THEPLACE for great sushi. I started with miso soup, which was standard. I ordered hot tea, and I was very pleasantly surprised by its perfection. Its heady jasmine aroma instantly transported me, calmed my jangled nerves from a busy week, and readied my taste buds for the main event: great sushi. I ordered two raw rolls, both were menu item house specialties. They were skillfully prepared and very artfully presented. The taste was truly excellent. I could taste the fresh tuna and salmon, which was well complimented by spiciness and the flavors of perfectly ripe avocado, toasted sesame seeds, and fresh roe. The wasabi and pickled ginger were perfect, as in these standard accompaniments did not at all detract from the main course. The restaurant was clean, tidy, nicely decorated, active, but not loud, with nice sight lines, interesting tiles, and comfortable lighting. Nice atmosphere! The restroom was clean, devoid of odors, and well-stocked on the Friday night that I visited. Will I eat there again? YES! Who knew such a pearl would appear in Langhorne? It is worth a drive from Oxford Valley, Neshaminy, Newtown, and Yardley.

Boy does it bum me out to have to write a bad review. I was so looking forward to this Japanese restaurant. Especially after reading all the glowing reviews. Either I hit it on a really bad night or the fellow reviewers just haven’t had a lot of quality sushi. Started with a Luke warm miso soup and a beef negamaki the soup was blah and the beef was so well done it was like chewing leather I had to ask for extra sauce to digest it. Next I decided to order from the signature roll menu as it is more expensive you but usually you get a lot more fish and bigger rolls. well not in this case. The dynamite roll was tiny and fish wasn’t bright the plate was dull looking. and the rice was flavorless. I decided to just send it back. However the spicy shrimp hand roll I ordered was not overflowing with shrimp I will give kudos for the nori being crispy. My mother ordered vegetarian hibachi. Limp broccoli and mushrooms swimming in a sweet sauce with a side of day old brown rice. 15 mins later the waitress brought out other sauces. We have no idea why. The space itself is so warm and inviting it’s just such a shame. Within 5 miles you have oishi in Newton and Tako in Bensalem which are just on a whole different level. Yes oishi is pricy and Tako may not be the nicest of interior but I rather pay good money and get quality fish and rice. Another one bites the dust.

After eating at Osaka Sushi twice, we placed a large pick-up order for an impromptu party two days after Christmas. The order was prepared on time, and everything was exactly as we expected. All of our guests, many of whom consider themselves to be sushi connoisseurs, raved about the sushi. All of the dishes we ordered were uncooked, and everything was absolutely delicious: very fresh, excellent mixing of flavors and fish combinations. The fish to rice ratio was very generous — much better than the other restaurants in the area We have frequented all of the sushi restaurants in our area, and this is by far the best. There is no hibachi grill, and no liquor license(thus BYOB) so they will survive on the quality of their sushi. To sum things up, Osaka is an unpretentious neighborhood restaurant which we are thrilled to have in our neighborhood.

Had a very pleasant experience for lunch at Osaka Sushi. I was greeted by friendly staff and sat across the Sushi bar to see the chefs prepare my rolls. The Sushi was very fresh, tasty and looked appetizing. I also ordered Hibachi Bento Box and that came out hot, delicious and in a big bento box! Osaka Sushi Restaurant is a hidden gem within Langhorne community. It is my favorite lunch time spot and I will certainly be back for more with my family and friends. Keep up the good work Osaka Sushi!

I will say for this area, the sushi was pretty good… and the place is BYOB ;) I moved to Vancouver not long ago so I’m spoiled with really good sushi. but for the price/location the food here was decent. The portions were large as well. My husband ordered the dinner Pork Katsu which is a pretty safe dish to order in any Japanese restaurant. No complaints though, it was nicely breaded, moist, and it came in two enormous pieces with white rice and a side salad. He couldn’t even finish it, it was a lot of food. I had the Green Dragon Roll which was good, and my cousin and her husband ordered a bunch of rolls like the Spicy Tuna, Black Dragon, Sweet Potato, and a few other rolls. They both enjoyed their food as well. I thought the layout of the restaurant was a bit odd… but it’s nice and clean inside. The service was good and everyone seemed friendly. I’m not complaining but I will mention that they do charge you for their hot tea. Some places don’t, and some do… just good to know.

Ate dinner here last night. I had the Sushi Deluxe which was the standard Sushi Deluxe platter. The sushi was fresh, the presentation was the best I’ve seen in the area. This is clearly the best sushi in a 20 minute radius. Really recommend trying this place out. The outside is kind of cheesy looking but the inside is very classy sushi restaurant. Wife had a tempura shrimp roll and it was great too

This place is a JOY to go to. Best Sushi in the area and the price is more than right. Joy is part owner and mans the front desk a lot of the time. She is a big part of the fantastic service that you get at this restaurant. I love the décor. Very chic! Love it! And I agree with the other reviews that the best part of the restaurant is the sushi. The seafood tastes very fresh. The rice is perfectly cooked. Best sushi that I have had outside of Disneyworld. If you like sushi and you live in this area! You must go! We plan on going at least one time per week. And as Mark says, they have delivery! Oh Baby!
