Preventative care is stressed for everyone, both young and old. Taking care of small problems and being proactive helps avoid complex procedures and everyone benefits.
We offer a full range of procedures, including crowns (caps), bridges, restoring implants, endodontics (root canal), periodontics (gum treatment), and fillings. Of course we do a complete examination, with a thorough cancer check. We want to keep our friends and patients healthy.
We offer a range of cosmetic services. White fillings, crowns, veneers, tooth whitening and bleaching are some of the procedures.
History
Established in 1988.
Dr. Cohen is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and Temple University School of Dentistry. He studied at the University of Arizona under a grant from the National Institute of Dental Research.
Dr. Cohen completed a residency in General Anesthesia at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Cohen has taught at Temple University School of Dentistry and was appointed Assistant Professor. For 11 years, he was the dental consultant for a major health plan in the Philadelphia region.
Dr. Cohen believes in an ethical, honest and professional approach in the practice of dentistry. His uncompromising commitment to the needs of his patients allows him, in consultation with the patient, to choose the best care.
