Our over the range microwave gave up it’s ghost recently. Bayview Appliance came out and installed the new microwave and drilled and installed the new venting for it. It looks very professionally done and works great too.
I was unaware that the one of the gentlemen working on the install was actually the owner, Dustin. He and Josh, one of his workers, were very polite and friendly and they explained every step as they went. They even cleaned up what little mess was made from cutting the wall for the new vent.
All in all, Bayview Appliance is my new go to place for appliance purchase and repair. Their exceptional level of customer service and quality of work will keep me coming back for any future needs. Thanks to them, now my kitchen is back to «normal.»
Another bonus is that the new venting is so large and sucks all the steam from cooking right up and outside. I told my wife that if her blow-​dryer ever dies, she can probably stick her head under the microwave and have that vent suck the water right out of her hair… LOL!!!
