Express Weave and Braid

My experience was not all the great but later on I appreciated my new short do. I went to Express Weave to get the 27 pieces with a long swoop bang done by… don’t remember her name but I know it starts with a «B». Well maybe she was a little tired because I was the last customer; my appoint was at 6pm but I made in in by 5:30pm because I felt bad. Well the stylist was not friendly at all, her face was frowned the whole time. I tried to smile and bring up small talk but little to no response from her. She complained about me being the last customer and how she usually leaves at 5pm. I apologized which I felt I shouldn’t have but I did because I felt a little bad. I don’t know if that is why she pulled my hair. She washed my hair, blow dried, clipped my ends and braided it. Now the back of my head has bumps. I asked her if she can add a few tracks of the 8″ and that my own sideburns were showing, if there were a way that she could fixed it. Her response was «it’s suppose to look like that». I was already annoyed so let her run with that crazy excuse. I’ve seen my friends’ 27 piece style and their natural side burns weren’t showing. After messing with my hair myself and making it to my liking, I am in love. The style suits me, except for the hair showing on the side. I am most dissatisfied with her level of customer service. I will be in search of a shop with better service. I paid $ 109…and for paying $ 109 when other places charges $ 80, the least she could have given me is good customer service.

TERRIBLE!!! The woman told me that a partial weave would be $ 65 then she shot the price up to $ 100. The staff are NOT friendly and the location sucks. The Weave Express does a cheaper and better job, plus the staff are friendly! This place is a DO NOT GO from me. Go spend your hard earned money where you are treated well :)
