Glenn Dale Service Center

Excellent staff I worked with Chase who is filled with awesome customer service. My car was not running at the time and chase came on the road checked my fuse box attempted to start — gave it and jump and then informed it was my alternator. I asked would this be a service that Glenn Dale Provided, and he informed in fact it would be
He got car running enough to get it across the road into the shop. Chase then gave me a quote print out beforehand (not do all types of things to the car and then charge me). The alternator the shop would get seemed to be on the pricey side so I opted to get my own from alternative place.
I brought the alternator in, and again Chase informed the the labor rate was still the same, even if I did not get the alternator from Glenn Dale. My car was fixed the next day, I did not know the shop was closed on weekends until I checked the business card given to me but chase luckily was there Saturday and informed me he would stick around so I could come and pick up my ride !!
Overall I am more then pleased — you don’t find shops like this everyday. I never once felt pressured into buying anything, overcharged, or getting any other service done to my vehicle. My car ran absolutely fine when I got it. The turn around time was impressive.
Oh also I needed to return my core, so I went a few days late to pick it up (forgot to get it when I got the car just so excited !). During my quick run in I overheard another customer speaking with staff I was glad that all the staff seemed to be just as informative as chase in welcoming customers.
