Paul was terrible; he was not upfront about other offers. He was supposed to respond within 24 hours and took 6 days to give us an answer. He didn’t let us know there were other offers and made us believe that we were getting the property. He spoke negatively about his client and was very shady in all correspondences. If you are interested in a property that he is selling I recommend you continue your search. He is not at all upfront. His real estate etiquette was awful and the entire experience was atrocious.
