Extremely strong coffee for those looking for a perk that they’ve never experienced. weekly specials with very unique items ex: peanut butter jelly sandwiches, funnel cakes or fried oreos. lots of homemade jerky, pickles, and granola. simple quick and quality with consistency. only one hand builds the deli salads tuna, chicken, and curry chicken. some items added cheesesteaks, meatball parms, sloppy joes, grilled cheese, tuna melt. if the ingredients are available it can be whipped up and made right on the spot. catering and cooking classes are available to those that wanna learn and those who don’t want to cook for a party.

Established in 2014.
Just opened may 5th. My father passed and away and with the savings he put aside I did what I thought he would want me to do and that’s start my own business. Where people can come and have food and concepts made solely by me. He loved my pickles never got a chance to try my beef jerky but im sure he would’ve loved that as well.

Been a chef/cook for 8 years now and when my father passed away September 2013 I was given the money that allowed me to break away and go on my own. so this is my shot at having the public experience my food and have a place where there’s personalization. faces are remembered and extremely excited about what’s to come in the future. had quite a rocky road beginning this on April 30th I was t-boned and it has severely affected my physical capabilities, so fingers crossed I get through the next few months and feel a lot better. I have a bullmastiff puppy she’s 9 months old and already 75 lbs.
